Overall, the impressions were pleasant. We rode boats and a helicopter. The territory is clean, beautiful, there is a place to walk.
The first minus: very often at night the lights are turned off and the air conditioner that hangs right over your head (in our room it was like that... who thought of that 🤦🏻♀️) hums, clicks, etc. the lights turn on and off every now and then... In short, these were some of the worst nights.
The second minus: such a large territory and there is no restaurant on it, and the buffet for 1800 taka per person is a so-so event.

Staffs need training on how to talk and deal with its visitors. Most of the staff are not professional and cordial. They don’t know how to host valuable room guests.

service so good. But I ordered 2 double bed room. that means two people will stay. I used trip.com book hotel for other countries . I never face trabble. but in this place they charge me extra 4.5 dollars. I think it's not fair. what ever great service

Five star hotel. Very nice, professional staff. The room was fine if dull, lighting wasn't very good, not easy to read. Have to pay extra for sauna/steam. Breakfast was good.i wouldn't rush to go back but there is little choice in this area unfortunately
