The transportation is very convenient

Pésimo servicio, lo use todo el año para alojarme cada mes y hoy sin previo aviso me envían a un hotel en el centro porque “tuvieron inconvenientes” solo con los huéspedes colombianos porque a los extranjeros los atendían como reyes L verdad no lo recomendaría jamás a nadie

Las habitaciones son extremadamente pequeñas, y las camas son individuales. Se ve muy limpio. Bastante lento el proceso de registrarte. La cama no es muy cómoda. Solamente dan una almohada. No hay vasos en el baño ni Kleenex. Es muy muy muy básico. Bien ubicado, nada sofisticado el sector.

The worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. We made the reservation to stay with my family, my son and my husband. We arrived at around 9:00 pm from another city and they denied our reservation because we did not have our son's birth certificate. At no point during the reservation were we asked for this document. A very difficult situation at that time to look for a hotel with a 4-year-old child who was sleepy and cold. Fortunately we found the Cosmo 100 hotel, which I recommend. Without any inconvenience due to our son's birth certificate, they gave us one of their best rooms. Without a doubt, a superior hotel in every way.

It lacks good service, especially at the reception, but the kitchen staff is the exception. They say that the room is for 3 people and it is only a bed in a closet, and the rooms are small and uncomfortable. (Misleading advertising) I was on a trip with my son who represents Colombia in the Pan American BMX Games and it was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever been through. All the questions I asked were answered reluctantly. Very bad experience, not recommended at all.

The hotel does not respect the prices of the reservation and does not give the option to access the offers they have. Lack of coordination between employees, they told me that the coffee was free for guests and after drinking it they charge an exorbitant price. They do not respect consumer rights. It is a shame, because it is very well located and they take great care of cleanliness, but in terms of customer service it is light years ahead of those in Spain. So check the price very well because you may have surprises.
