On November 2 ND, 2024, Avianca put me in this dumpster as my flight was canceled. I could tell this hotel is going to be a disaster the moment I entered their poor looking old shuttle bus . Avianca gave me a coupon for dinner and breakfast. This hotel is not very close to the airport. Shuttle took at least 30 minutes to get there. There is no lobby. Room did not have a thermostat to control the temperature. I am not sure if it has heating or cooling. Dinner - no option. Fish ONLY. Breakfast was a total disaster. The worst buffet of my whole life. I have the pictures but system is not letting me add here. TWO pans were EMPTY. Very little fresh fruit and juices. HORRIBLE coffee. The carpet in the old elevator was dirty. All carpets are old. Tissue paper holder in the bath room was broken. I was traveling business class by Avianca from Spain. I paid lots of money to upgrade to Business Class. I don't know why Avianca put me in a dumpster. I am going to dispute the payment with my bank. .I wish I could add pics. Tried several times.The carpet in the elevator says **** which is a LIE. Very upset with Avianca.

L’hôtel est plutôt luxueux mais possède de nombreux défaut. Dans la chambre, la serrure ne fonctionnait pas. Ainsi que le loquet. Donc nous avons du dormir la porte ouverte… Dans les toilettes, le support des papiers toilette est tombé. Des marques d’usures étaient aussi sur le sol Le petit déjeuner est très simple et la salle pour s’y restaurer est très petite. Il faut attendre pour pouvoir prendre son petit déjeuner. A part ceci, la literies est incroyable confortable.

Un hotel tranquilo y con buenas habitaciones para estadías cortas en Bogotá. Queda en la zona de Corferias (centros de ferias y convenciones de Bogotá) y también de la embajada de Estados Unidos. A 15 minutos del aeropuerto en taxi. La atención del personal es excelente.
