El Hotel BH La Quinta, cuenta con el mejor y más atento personal, Susana, Daniela y Ricardo son los recepcionistas, y son excelentes personas. Así mismo, el personal de limpieza y cafetería.
Aunque las habitaciones no tienen Aire acondicionado, sorpresa, estás en Bogotá y allí no hace falta, sí eres extranjero habrás experimentado calor y frío mucho más fuertes que en la ciudad que está a 2600 metros sobre el nivel del mar.

En general es un hotel bueno en una zona segura. Pero no cumplen con la propuesta de VIP Access de *******. En mi reserva estaba indicado "1 bebida gratis para 2 (por persona, una vez por estancia)", pero al momento de check-in no me entregaron ningún cupón. Pregunte despues y me dijeron que van a llevar a habitacion 2 botellas de agua (segun mi experiencia en otros hoteles entregan cupones para algun coctel o algo asi), pero tampoco llevaron algo a la habitacion.
