Muy recomendable
El hotel es muy bueno, localización excelente, cerca de la Quinta Bolívar, la Universidad de los Andes y el Cerro Monserrate, con distancias manejables a centro histórico y múltiples lugares para comer. Por su cercanía a la universidad hay mucha seguridad.Todo el personal es súmamente amable, eficiente y cooperativo. El par de situaciones que surgieron fueron resueltas inmediatamente, con gran eficiencia. Únicos inconvenientes: puede ser ruidoso. Dependiendo de la habitación, se escucha el tráfico, las conversaciones en el vestíbulo y el timbre de entrada. El lavamanos tan pequeño que dificultaba el aseo personal.

Excelente localização e atendimento, mas um quarto muito apertado e de muito ruido em relação aos outros quartos, com uma vedação que pouco serve para ruido. Café da manhã muito fraco!

Hotel es super céntrico, muy buena ubicación, a solo una cuadra del parque Espinoza también al museo quinta Bolivar y al cerro Monserrate. Tranquilo, en un área segura, las habitaciones cómodas, y mut limpias, cuentan con TV por cable, Agua caliente y el trato del personal es excelente muy atento en especial la señora Rubi, que fue muy acogedora y amable que me hizo sentir como en casa. La experiencia de este Hotel es super recomendada, es muy lindo el hotel, el desayuno super rápido, fresco y rico te dan varias opciones y el chocolate es el mejor. Las habitación no son muy grandes pero son acogedoras y sobretodo las camas son super buenas y confortables. El Hotel me gustó mucho y sin dudarlo regresaré y recomendado al 100%

Do not rely on the pictures. The room had no windows. It was damp, smelling of mould despite efforts to hide with chemical airfreshner. After shower despite the extractor fan the steam was running along the glass of the bedroom door. See through door by the way. You have to pull down a occulting bling for privacy. Leaving clothes out of your bag, they will be damp (like the bedding when returning few hours later. So healthy! Very small room, no space to keep our suitcases flat. Breakfast was awful and staff very rude. We complained. We were given another room that made no difference. Breakfast improved slightly. The front staff and management made some effort to make things right, and we were appreciative of that. But really…. You can get better and more central in the Candaleria. Good for the funicular to Monserate.
