The villa really need a renovation. Since most of made by wood, there are many termite who ate the woods. So the sprinkles are every where. The bathroom are like a common toilet. Its stink and not too clean.

Good place, staf friendly, front office helpful (ms. Mayang). Breakfast is very taste and delicious especially for tradisional snack and jamu its amazing. My children really happy because they have invinity pool. My Last STAY at vila Kutai.

We came check in at 19:00, the room was not ready yet. So we waited outside our room and we saw the damaged mattresses standing there. I was surprised when I saw that. Then When we came into the room, I saw the bathroom was even worse. I was so disappointed… So We went to the restaurant, we have ordered spaghetti for my 7 years old kids who never ate spicy food before. When spaghetti was arrived, turned out it was spicy. So we said about it to the waitress. And the waitress simply said to us,”ok I will tell your complain to the chef”. After she said that to us, she went back to her chair and sat down. 😳😳😳 And she did nothing to my complain. After restaurant we decided to go for swim. We found out the swimming pool was cold and dark. So that evening everything is disappointing. So we decided to leave resort as soon as possible. Early morning we went check out. There we told our unpleasant experience to the reception and he also said the same, “I will tell this to the manager” and that’s it unfortunately. He did nothing to our complain. Unbelievably!!! My kids asked me "mom why does the 5 star hotel look like this?" And I said to them, "It is a 5 shooting stars. The four stars have fallen and now there is one left 🤣🤣🤣". Conclusion: Never again Jambu luwuk
