Vi kommer igen
Super dejligt hotel med mange gode faciliteter. Personalet var flinke og imødekommende. Maden var lækker med stor variation og noget for alle. Værelserne var rene og i nyere stand.
Hvis jeg skal nævne noget, som hotellet manglede, så var det et varmtvandsbassin.
Men alt i alt en fantastisk ferie. Vi kommer helt klart igen.

Positiv: eine tolles Urlaubsziel sowohl für Familien als auch für Paare. Die Vielfalt an leckerem Essen ist besonders hervorzuheben. Aber auch Personal, Pools und Unterhaltungmöglichkeiten sind auf einem hohen Niveau. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I visited the hotel twice this year. All the facilities are amazing. I loved the food. The animation team was very unprofessional. Especially one person who went next level to make my head crazy about him. He went so far we exchanged phone numbers and he added me on social media so we could keep talking following up with him wanting me to come back to the hotel. When I came back he was always giving me special treatment in front of the whole hotel. He kept asking for me to come to the beach with him at night to eventually try to get me to do inappropriate things to him. I know now that I am not the only girl he was doing this to. This guy really ruined my view on this hotel. I’m aware that this is not the hotel’s fault because I’m sure they didn’t know about this happening. I’m asking the staff of the hotel to please look into this and make sure things like this don’t happen again.

Ich habe das Hotel dieses Jahr zweimal besucht und hatte eine wirklich gute Zeit dort. Grundsätzlich kann ich das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen, es war sehr sauber und das Essen war gut. Leider war das Animationsteam sehr unprofessionell. Ich habe meine sozialen Kontakte und Telefonnummer mit einem der Animateure ausgetauscht, um in Kontakt zu bleiben. Er hat mich vor den anderen Hotelgästen und Mitarbeitern immer besonders behandelt, anders als die anderen Gäste. Außerdem hat er mir mehrfach geschrieben und mich gebeten, mich nach der Arbeit mit ihm am Strand zu treffen. Nach meinem ersten Aufenthalt hat er mir immer wieder geschrieben, wieder ins Hotel zu kommen. Nach meinem zweiten Aufenthalt bat er mich um ein Einladungsschreiben, um ein Visum für Österreich zu bekommen. Ich bin mir auch ziemlich sicher, dass der Rest des Animationsteams wusste, was er tat. Ich war nicht das einzige Mädchen, mit der er das Gleiche getan hat. Es ist definitiv nicht die Schuld des Hotels und ich bin mir sicher, dass das Hotel nicht wusste, was vor sich ging. Meiner Meinung nach ist ein solches Verhalten jedoch unangemessen und nicht akzeptabel. Ich hoffe, dass das Hotel eine Lösung für dieses Problem findet.
