Отель рекламируете как спа и резот, но там кругом грязь, воняет нечистотами. Кошки лазают по столам, еда отвратительная. Всё устарело, крыша текла. В детской комнате курили, воняло табаком. Мы созвонились с loveholidays, чтобы нас переделали в другой отель но они отказались. Невероятно отвратительный отпуск.

Honest review First of all I would like to start with the good points about this hotel, it has good swimming indoors and out doors the water is not to cold neither very hot, the sauna and steam room are also good, also the reception staff was friendly as well. the massage session was amazing which cost me around £60 for 2 hours. I would like to say Thank you to Nuri and Isak tour guides really made the stay alive. Coming to the negatives about the hotel there is literally nothing near surrounding areas you have to go like half and to 1 hour to see the best areas likes land of legends etc, the location is like a ghost town, also staff looks sad and unhappy apart from the dancing team all looks very sad, this is not at all a 5 star hotel. Everyday same food most of the time was cold one day I can say I enjoyed the kebab that's it, room service first 2, 3 days was good on time and for 2 days room didn't get cleaned I had to complain to guest relations manager then it was dealt with. Also local shopkeeper Stay away from them they will try to rip you off once they know your not from Turkey I went to exchange cloths and the guy tried to give me more expensive prices then before he was thinking I haven't been here before as I know the prices the day before and tried to shout and scream with me I think I the shop name is dkit dkit. Never again coming to this area and hotel again.

Yemekleri gerçekten çok kötü. Her gün tavuk ve hindi çıkıyor. Diğer yapılan yemekler ve mezeler ise lezzetsiz. Ben her gün istisnasız patates kozartması ve pide yedim. Menüdeki yemekler her gün aynı. Otelin lokasyonunda güzel bir lokanta da bulamadık. Garsonlar ve barmenler ise gülümsemiyor. Masanız ve kül tabağınız dağ gibi olmadıkça genellikle boşaltılmıyor ve toplanmıyor. Almaya geldiğinde surat yaparak alıyor. Restorandaki birkaç garson ve barman İslam hariç herkes somurtuyor. İlk defa Antalya’dan dönmek istedim. Zamanı ve parayı düşünmek gerekli.

Akşam yemeğini yemek için restoran a gittiğimizde yemek saati geçti diye önümüzden yemekleri alarak aç kalmamıza neden oldular. Garson arkadaşlar güler yüzlü ve ilgili ancak sorumlu müdür kaba ve ilgisiz. Açık büfe olmasına rağmen odalarda bulunan dolaplar hep boş. Yemeklerde sadece 1 tane kırmızı et oluyor genel olarak tavuk ve hindi çıkıyor. Yemek çeşidi hep aynı.

Otel çok kötü. Her gün tavuk hindi dışında yemek bulunmuyor. Zaten onlarda pişmemiş ve lezzetsiz olarak sunuluyor. Kırmızı et yemekleri hiç yoktu. Tabi markette satılan paketli hazır Adana kebabı hariç. Kahvaltı ve yemeklerde cok kötü. Çalışanlarda güler yüzlü değillerdi. 5 gün kaldık.EĞER; --Yemek önemli değil aç kalırım , --Gerekirse dışardan yemek söylerim, --Lobide oturur tatilimi yaparım, --Servisi kendim yaparım, --Zamanımın ve ödediğim paranın önemi yok, --2 yıldız otel konforu istiyorum, --Katlarda ve odalardaki ağır kokudan rahatsız olmam DERSENİZ konaklayabilirsiniz.

Tolles Ambiente mit leckerem Essen, Frau Yazgül beğenmiş hat uns sehr freundlich auf Deutsch bedient und geholfen. Als wir reserviert haben war es super schnell und auch sonst das Personal war sehr lieb. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder!!
