Wspaniałe miejsce. Przemiła obsługa! Dzieci zadowolone z pobytu my również. Super Kids Club oraz baseny dla dzieci. Jedzenie pyszne bardzo różnorodne. Pokoje czyste zadbane. Plaża w okolicy a także druga dalej od hotelu z dowozem busem. Polecamy to miejsce. Dziękujemy paniom w Klubiku oraz ratownikowi Halim który poświęcił swój czas na zabawy z dziećmi. Pozdrawiamy! Lucy i Maria z rodziną :)

Oteli çok beğendik özellikle akticiteleei ve mini clubu yemekler mükemmeldi. Personeller güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Otelde herşey mevcut ailenizle güle güle gelebilirsiniz.* akşam eğlenceleri tavsiye ederim ve yanında güzel bir kokteylle.

Otel mükemmel ve yemekleri benim odsk noktam oldu çok beğendim ve güzeldi. Sahile sıfır değildi fakat tatlı bir shuttle servis vardı bu bize yeterliydi. Et döneri tavsiye ederim ve entertainment ekibi bizle dostça arkadaşlık kurdular mini clubun de ellerine sağlık.

Прекрасный отель, небольшая уютная территория, хороший аквапарк, отзывчивый отдел по работе с гостями, особенно приятны в общении Светлана и Дилек, вкусное питание, хороший персонал ресторана, всегда есть что покушать и попить. Заселили раньше положенного времени, не в 14:00 а в 9:00.

Замечательный отель! Чистая, ухоженная территория, приветливый персонал. Трансфер на море каждые 10 минут. Расположение от крупных тц- удаленное, но это плата за отсутствие шума и безопасность. Особенно хотел бы отметить работу ресепшена (Deniz), отдела по работе с гостями (Svetlana и Rumiya), и персонал детской игровой комнаты!

Spędziliśmy niezapomniane wakacje w hotelu Crystal World of Colours! To miejsce pełne kolorów, radości i pozytywnej energii. Wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie – od czystości, przez jedzenie, aż po animacje i atrakcje dla dzieci oraz dorosłych. Szczególne podziękowania chcielibyśmy skierować do Rozy, Rumii i Svietlany z recepcji oraz dział obsługi klienta to prawdziwe perełki tego hotelu! Od pierwszego dnia były niesamowicie pomocne, uśmiechnięte, życzliwe i bardzo profesjonalne. Dzięki nim czuliśmy się mile widziani i zaopiekowani. Każda prośba była załatwiana błyskawicznie i z ogromną serdecznością. Ogromne uznanie należy się również pracownikom restauracji i baru – Fundzie, Aliemu, Nidzie, Ismailowi i Leyli. Ich uprzejmość, uśmiech i pozytywna energia sprawiały, że każdy posiłek i każda wizyta w barze była prawdziwą przyjemnością. Zawsze pomocni, szybcy i z doskonałym podejściem do gości – jesteście niesamowici! Polecamy ten hotel z całego serca! Dziękujemy wszystkim pracownikom za wspaniałą atmosferę i wyjątkową gościnność. Dzięki Wam ten urlop był naprawdę magiczny. Na pewno wrócimy!

Отель хороший рекомендую!Очень приветливый персонал,все на позитиве!Хорошее питание ,фрукты,овощи,зелень. Из минусов: далеко море. Подойдёт для отдыха с детьми. Два бассейна,И горки. Много напитков,алкогольные и без алкогольные.Отель очень понравился,спасибо за отдых!!
