Eksikleri var ama otel sizi memnun etmek için çabalıyor. Çalışan herkes tatlı dilli ve anlayışlı. Yemek çeşitliliği ***et iyi, lezzet iyi. Aqua park çok eğlenceli. Oda temizliği çok iyi yapıldı ayrıca temizlik görevlileri ekstra isteklerimizi hemen yaptılar kendilerine çok teşekkür ederiz. Alacart şefi ilgili ve özenliydi. Eğlence aktiviteleri yoğun ve başarılıydı, hem biz hem çocuklar çok eğlendi. Bunların dışında bazı sorunlar yaşasakta otel çalışanlarının ekstra çabalarından dolayı görmezden geliyoruz. Herkese teşekkür ederiz.

It’s taken me a long time to write this review as I’m still in shock over it. ***Do not use the spa. *** Extremely inappropriate male was assigned to me to give a massage. All I can say is he touched both female intimate areas. This was during a family massage. Food was average. Always something for everyone. The hotel itself was spotless and plenty to do within the site. However the pool was ice cold. Really should be heated around October considering it’s supposed to be five star.

Crystal Waterworld always meets their expectations. This was our second visit to the hotel and we've come across many improvements that have been done to the hotel when taken the pervious years into consideration. They added a special mojito bar that's near the beach and it is conveniently located. We've come across new activities such as football, archery, and mini-golf. Not many people attended these activities but they were still amazing. It's good to see that the hotel management takes feedback given by guests into consideration. In 2023, we suggested that they need to add more activities, but haven't given any details. They've done as we expected. The food is great and of many variety as always. I've booked another holiday for this year to Crystal Waterworld and we're really excited to see what is waiting for us.

Our experience at the Hotel Crystal Waterworld: The hotel is very large, but we already saw that when we booked. Our first impression when we arrived was positive, the lady at reception was very friendly, the room we were given was fine, it wasn't in the main building but it was ok for us. The next day we were able to explore the hotel, it felt like we had to walk 5 kilometres to the dining room. Waiters in the dining room were busy with mobile phones instead of serving the guests and clearing the tables. It was only on the third day that a waiter served us and asked for drinks, we initially thought it was self-service as far as drinks were concerned, the waiter served us almost every day until we left, high praise and thanks again to Cem. There was enough choice of food in the restaurant, the food was fine. In the coffee bar there was real cappuccino and Turkish mocha, the girls there were always very friendly and nice. A la carte restaurant was good, but somehow it all went far too fast for us, it was just dealt with quickly. The hotel has 5 pools, 2 children's pools with children's slides, paradise for children. A quiet pool, pool with slides for adults and where water gymnastics and co. took place.

Rutschen sehr schön und Essen ist gut.
Negativ:
Shampoo wurde erst nach zwei Tagen aufgefüllt (nach Aufforderung). Musik im kids club und bei der Kinderdisco viel zu laut. Tische werden beim Essen nur notdürftig abgewischt. Service absolut unterbesetzt und großteils nicht geschult.

Отдыхали в этом отеле конец сентября начало октября и остались очень довольны! Ну во-первых, хочу отметить, что номер не "уставший", уборка и замена по требованию незамедлительно. Во-вторых, кухня отличная и разнообразная на любой вкус. В третьих, аниматоры на высоте . По вечерам родно шоу сменяется другим, в общем, скучно не было от слова совсем! Понятно, что есть и то, что меня не совсем устроило, а именно галька при заходе в море, но я в принципе знала про нее и не сильно парилась по этому поводу. А вот холодная вода в бассейне -это существенный минус отелю! Плавать порой совсем не хотелось(зубы сводило). А в целом отель оставил неплохое впечатление! Рекомендую!!!!

We booked this as a family of 3 my son age 12. Looked good on photos with the slides to entertain him during the day, from when we turn up the experience was very different, we asked to change room immediately which we was told we couldn’t request that till the following day at 11 after people had checked out, the room was unclean and very small for a 5* hotel, smaller than a travel lodge this is not was I expected for hotel this size and price. The bedding was uncomfortable—more like thick towels than proper blankets. We endured two cold nights and several discussions at the reception before we finally received a normal blanket. Providing all guests with proper bedding instead of inadequate alternatives would be a simple yet important improvement. Food quality was another major issue. It was consistently unappetizing, not fresh, and alarmingly repetitive. During our eight-day stay, the main buffet served the same dishes every day. On our first day, we wanted to book an à la carte restaurant but found all reservations fully booked and they only open 3 days a week, my son lived on bread rolls and bolognaise all week. The staff were unhelpful the people were rude the area was bleak and you had to get a taxi to town for anything decent. The pool was very cold, I wanted to return home after day 3! I’ve never ever felt like this about a holiday before. I will never return to turkey, the company we booked the holiday through done nothing as they said the money goes directly to to the hotel and the hotel refused to do anything Very let down by all parties involved
