We liked the hotel, it was good for me to go. In fact, it was good even though it had just come out of winter. It would have been better if the filter coffee machine had a spare.

This is not a 5-star hotel. I would rate it 3 stars. The rooms, buildings, equipment are dying for renovations. Everything is old and they seem to just slightly maintain it to be barely functional. We had a bunk bed standard room and it was very small. Very small balcony as well. We were disappointed in the meals selection as well. I would strongly advise to look for another hotel. You could probably find better 4-star options than this one.

Приехали на отдых с семьёй на 2 недели. Отдых был прекрасен. Еда очень понравилась и бар хороший. Напитки и закуски хорошие. Море нормальное понравилась. Очень чисто. Анимационная команда очень весёлые и энергетические. Вечерний шоу просто супер. Спасибо за сервис.

Bu sene yine Crystal Paraiso Verde’de tatilimizi yaptık, geçen sene de buradaydık ve yine çok memnun kaldık. Otelin temizliği, yemeklerin lezzeti ve denize ulaşım kolaylığı bizi tekrar buraya getiren sebeplerden. Animasyon ekibi bu yıl da çok enerjikti, özellikle çocuklar için düzenlenen etkinlikler çok eğlenceliydi. Akşam şovları keyifliydi, hiç sıkılmadık. Personel her zamanki gibi güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Ufak tefek yenilenmesi gereken yerler var ama genel olarak ailecek çok güzel zaman geçirdik. Yine gelmeyi düşünüyoruz

From the time we arrived at check-in, greeted by friendly smiling staff, everything was 5*! Arriving in the bedrooms which were clean and modern! The swimming pools x 4 with 3 lots of slides several restaurants and 24hr food & Drink! The cafe & Patisserie, and the choice on the buffet morning noon and night is incredible! If you don't find something g you like to eat here. YOU NEVER WILL ANYWHERE! Italian, sushi, Spanish, Turkish, English, Lebanese and so much more! Oh & MY PERSONAL FAVOURITE.....there is ice Cream Everywhere LOL Your five to ten mins walk from the sea or a two minute free shuttle bus ride away, that runs every half hour They also have a Sheesha lounge! With All flavours, Al FAKHAR & Russian too

Otel tatil köyü gibi çocuklu aileler için çok fazla havuzlar var. Kalabalık ama yemek bölümü adalara ayrılmış çok sıra beklemiyorsunuz.Havuz başı atıştırmalıklari ***et güzel. Biz çok memnun kaldık tavsiye ederim.
