It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. From the first day, the charged us extra 50euro only to give us a slightly better rooms. It is never ever a 5star hotel. The rooms are dirty(photo attached), in the restaurants the smell is extremely bad; I do not want to imagine what it is inside the kitchen. The glasses for the drinks are never clean and the bartenders are just some teenagers not interested on how they are pouring your drink. One day you get 10% alcohol, one day you get 80% alcohol. If you do not tip enough, they don`t even look at you. One day there was also a fight between 2 employees near the main pool. They fought for about 2 minutes until the staff came and separate them. Totally unprofessional to do that in front of all the clients!!! Also it happened several nights to relax and have a drink while an employee which is well dressed comes and starts begging and requests our phones only to give 5stars on google for this hotel (photo attached). This is how you make your stars? Embarrassing. I would never go back to this hotel and not recommend to anyone else. You can get better conditions at the same money. Totally disappointed !

Overall you get what you pay for. Although not the cheapest we did feel you get value for money, but don’t expect 4 star ! The wine was of good quality and the food was fantastic - couldn’t fault it. The overall thing to consider is that this hotel is an ‘entertainment’ complex which means load music around the pool - starting at 10.00am !! But the place is massive so if you want to get away from the party there are quiet places such as the patisserie which is lovely with an amazing range of tea. Absolutely consider if you want a fun bouncy time. Re-consider if you want a quiet unwind. The beach is great with beach bar and lots of loungers.

Отдыхали в конце сентября 2024 года семьёй с ребёнком 10 лет. Приехали рано утром, зарегистрировались, всё стандартно, пошли завтракать. Лично у меня первое впечатление-это шок, к сожалению. Очень, очень, очень грязно, это бросается в глаза. Вроде бы убирают, суетятся, но... На протяжении всего отдыха было немного не комфортно, как бы мы не старались этого не замечать, не получилось. Вообще отель старый, номера убитые. У нас в номере не работал кондиционер и слив в душе. Оставили заявку, в течении дня починили, стало получше. Уборка посредственная. Питание стандартное, без изысков, каждый день одно и тоже, разнообразия особо нет. Алкоголь норм, коктейли делают по разному, зависит от бармена. Порадовал пивной бар, хорошее место. Анимация отличная, особенно для детей. Пляж хороший, шезлонги есть всегда, хороший бар. Заход не очень, есть крупные камни. Рядом есть магазины и аптеки, но цены завышены. Отель хороший, територия большая, ухоженная, но много что поломоно, всё грязное. Красивый лоби, есть живая музыка, но все диваны в пятнах. В лифте в зеркале отражение не видно почти, до такой степени заляпано, тарелки в ресторане приходится выбирать. Я понимаю, отель старый, большой, народу много, но внимание уборке нужно уделять лучше.

Alkollü ve alkolsüz içki kalitesi çok iyi alkolsüz herşeyi bulabilirsiniz. alkollü olarak yaş üzüm rakısı dahil 3 - 4 çeşit üst kalite rakı ve jb, joni Walke, balantines gibi marka viskiler ve tüm alkollü içecekler var, bira kalitesi ortanın üzerinde. Alakart 4 gece ve üzeri konaklamalarda 1 tanesi ve 1 defa olarak kullanılabiliniyor. yemek konusunda ana restorantta 3 ögün kaliteli ve lezzeti ürünlerle karşılaşacak, et çeşitleri, balık çeşitleri ve tavukları dahil, kaliteli tatlılarla lezzetleri Mustafa Özlem şefimizin size eşliği ile Garson Muhammet AKBEY in size yardımları ve hizmeti ile keyifli yemekler yiyeceksiniz. pastanesi tatilin en tatlı bölümlerinden biri olacaktır. Kendi imalatı dondurmaları harika ve tatlı çeşitliğide çok güzel. Gözlemeci teyzeler sıcak sohbetle size çok güzel gözlemeler ikram edecek, sahil alakar snackta dönerden pizaya harika lezzetler tadacaksınız. havuz snacktali çeşitlilik ve hizmetide es geçmeyelim. Çocuklu ailelerin bu otelde tatilden çok keyif alacaklarını düşünüyorum. Crystal kalitesi ve ilgizi tüm otellerde hissediliyor. Eger mutlu olmamak ve bahaneler bulmak isterseniz mutlaka bu oteldede bir şeyler bulursunuz ama biz keyif aldık ve mutlu ayrıldık.

Terrible. In a shocking state of disrepair and filthy. Room was terrible - really dirty, room service only twice, maintenance shocking with furniture falling to bits. Pool and bar in terrible states - windows broken, broken tiles. Nothing cleaned - appeared ever. Cat excrement everywhere. No wifi at all. Restaurant a health hazard. This isn't anywhere close to 5*. Staff rude. Services not as advertised - pool flumes shut most of the day, amusements shut our entire duration, no 24hr dining, extremely limited wifi. Complaint was submitted, and the response bizarre and non in relation to my evidence whatsoever. Go elsewhere.

Saygılı ve cana yakın personellere çok teşekkür ederiz. Otel ***et büyük ve bir çok aktivite var siz yeterki bir şeyler yapmak isteyin. Gerek animasyon gerekse diğer personeller Misafirin memnuniyeti için ellerinden geleni yapıyor. Sene tekrar gelmeyi hatta tam da bu zamanlarda gelmeyi düşünüyoruz.
