Добрый день! Отель очень понравился! Огромная, красивая территория! Комфорт, эстетика абсолютно во всем! Чистота, доброжелательность персонала, качество еды, бассейнов - всё прекрасно! Замечательная организация досуга - анимация, дискотеки (живая музыка), спортзалы, пилатес, т.д. Отдохнули от души, море прекрасных впечатлений! Стоит каждого цента, как говорится! Однозначно рекомендую! Спасибо каждому сотруднику отеля!

10/10 tatil geldiğimiz günden beri hem personel hem otel her şeyiyle kusursuz. odalar çok temiz ve konforlu yemekler kaliteli servis çok güzel. personellerin hepsi güler yüzlü. hava kapalı olmasına rağmen otel içindeki etkinlikler çok güzeldi. resepsiyonda hiç bekletilmeden odalarımızı aldık arkadaşlar çok ilgiliydi oda konusunda da çok yardımcı oldular. Belek beachi bize tavsiye ettikleri için setura da ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim :))

Bu otelde 2. Konaklayışımız daha önce de memnun ayrılmıştık yine çok memnun kaldık. Genel olarak hizmetler çok güzel, misafir memnuniyeti ön planda. Bu yıl açık alanda spor salonu yapılmış çocuklar için harika bir seçenek olmuş. Aktiviteler çok güzel. Personeller çok ilgili özellikle misafir ilişkileri departmanına teşekkür ederiz. Gelecek yıl da burada olacağız.

Noticed all the reviews are based on last year. The hotel must have massively gone down hill since last year. We are here now and it’s nothing like the reviews. No Starbucks coffee from what I can see. The pier is none existent rotting metal skeleton. The food is literally the same day in day out and catering to German, Russian guests. To say we are in Turkey we’ve been here nearly a week and not one kebab seen. Included in your All inclusive There is 1 mains restaurant, a burger bar which is only open until 4 as is the snack bar that is literally pizza & chips. 4-6:30 you can have pide. The specialty restaurant are very over priced starting at €8 each with steak costing €35 each which when you see the selection everyday in the buffet your very tempted to pay. The food isn’t very tasty and not very hot. At the pool bar there only two waiters in the main and 1-2 staff behind the bar, cocktails not served with ice so it’s warm and takes about 15/20 minutes to get served. Entertainment area is rock hard seats and average entertainment. The pools are FREEZING and the water slides open at lunchtime until 4/5 ish. The rooms are small and cramped for a family of 4. I rang reception for extra hangers & pillows when we arrived and the reception hung up as couldn’t understand me! There also is no where near enough storage for a family of 4 and girls the lighting for your make up is non existent. The location of the hotel is classed as Belek but your a good 15 minutes drive from Belek. We’ve visited Land of Legends and that was €50 return taxi (I’ll do a separate review of that) Positives are the hotel is very clean, and the staff that you do see are very friendly. It’s a shame that it looks very run down and from previous reviews has gone down in food standards as we were expecting much more based on previous reviews so not sure what’s changed from last year. This is more a 3* hotel. If you can get it for a reasonable price then go ahead and book it but don’t expect 5* luxury like it’s been sold to us by On the Beach

Ein sehr gutes Hotel. Klare Weiterempfehlung. Das Personal ist ständig bemüht einem den Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Auf Wünsche wird sofort eingegangen. Die Anlage wie auch die Zimmer sind sehr schön gestaltet und auch sehr sauber. Man fühlt sich dort richtig wohl. Wir waren schon öfter in der Türkei in den beliebten Urlaubsregionen und müssen sagen, dass es hier bisher am besten war. Das Essen ist auch sehr umfangreich und ich denke hier wird jeder fündig. Auch geschmacklich hatten wir hier nichts zu bemängeln. Für Familien ein Empfehlung. Wer allein reist wird auch hier fündig. Das Hotel bietet auch einen Separaten Teil. Hier ist das Mindestalter 13 Jahre um in diesem Teil zu übernachten. Dort ist es etwas ruhiger und auch in diesem Teil muss man nicht auf die Annehmlichkeiten des Hauptkomplexes verzichten. Im Hotel befinden sich auch verschiedene Läden. Hier kann man alles kaufen für den täglichen Bedarf. Auch Schmuck und Klamotten. Preislich auch in Ordnung. Außerhalb der Anlage befinden sich auch ein Paar Läden. Hier befinden sich auch Apotheke und Geldautomaten sollte hierfür Bedarf sein. Im Hotel kann man allerdings auch mit Karte bezahlen in den Shops. Bargeld ist also hier nicht zwingend erforderlich.
