"We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for the third time. This establishment is one of the best in terms of price and quality. I was particularly impressed with the grounds. The service and dining options are satisfactory, and the rooms are spacious. The service in the VIP pavilions is exceptional, and the entertainment programs are engaging. Now I would like to raise an important issue. My review has been deleted several times; however, I feel the need to share my impressions. An employee, Sinem Bozkurt, does not fulfill her job responsibilities and is involved in inappropriate relationships with married guests of the hotel. Unfortunately, this is a personal example. Regrettably, the management has taken no action to address this problem, preferring to delete unfavorable reviews on social media. Such behavior damages the hotel's reputation, which is quite sad."

we were there for the third time. year after year. unfortunately the hotel got worse when it changed its name. food worse, less food and smoothie by the pool. worse performances. unfortunately but we are wondering whether to go there again because we were very disappointed last time.

Alva Donna Hotel zamanında da ziyaret etmiştik ve çok memnun kalmıştık. Dobedan Otel çatısı altında da şahane hizmet aldık.Özellikle Misafir İlişkileri personeliniz Aiperi hanım çok çok zarif, çok düşünceli yaklaşımıyla; soru ve sorunlarımıza çok hızlı çözüm üretti. Kendisini gerçekten çok sevdik. Diğer otellerde de konakladık ancak bu kadar zor bir departmanda bu kadar güleryüzlü kalabilmesi özverili olabilmesi takdire şayan. Мы отдыхали всей семьей. В феврале 2025 г. Отель пушка, но больше понравилось, что есть развлечения в виде разных интерактивов от Анны. Интерактивы проходили каждый день и в жаркую погоду и прохладную! Анна умеет завлеч и классно провести с нами время. Дочери понравилась- стрельба из лука. А остальному семейству игра дарц.Мужчины наши утром ходили на стрельбу, чтобы не потерять свои навыки 😄
