El hotel en si bonito, la ubicación idilica y el personal muy amable. El restaurante también está a la altura, pero en nuestra habitación habían descuidado los detalles,no había los enseres necesarios en el baño,habia hormigas en la ducha y la terraza estaba sucia

Hotel en plena montaña, muy tranquilo pero con buenos servicios. Atención excelente por parte del personal y restaurante con una buena carta. Lo peor son los accesos por una carretera con muchos baches y mal asfaltada. Desayuno un poco flojo, falta algo más de variedad y de fruta. Buena opción para conocer los pueblos de la Sierra del Segura.

El hotel totalmente recomendable. El enclave, lo bonito que es, camas cómodas, buena comida, desayuno estupendo. El personal, encantadores. Sólo aportaría una mejoría importante, el baño carecía de ventana, estaría genial instalar un extractor, por los olores y el vapor de la ducha.
Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas. Recomendable.

Fuimos al restaurante a tomar algo en la terraza del hotel, como habíamos hecho en otras ocasiones, pero nos dicen que no nos sirven si no estamos hospedados... Ahorraros el viaje si estáis pensando venir. Deberían informar al menos si han cambiado la política del restaurante, una pena

Sitio con encanto, el único fallo, pero para mí, es no tener una carta mas informal para los nenes, por otra parte la comida buenísima y el trato de Raquel en recepción de 10, es super simpática y si tienes cualquier duda de algo no dudes en preguntarle, los camareros que hay también muy amables y facilitándote todo. Muy bien ❤️🩹

Alucinante!! El sitio es de ensueño. Super bien atendidos. Todos los trabajadores super atentos y siempre dispuestos a solucionarte cualquier duda o problema. Tienen una mini granja de animales. Burros, cabras, patos. Recomiendo 100%
