The Bevy Hotel Boerne - a Doubletree by Hilton

Drove cross country multiple times through Texas and every time we stop near San Antonio, we make sure to stay here. The staff are always friendly and the lobby has an amazing ambiance! The property is clearly well managed and kept in pristine condition.

This is the place to stop at for a vacation there is a bar restaurant and a really good Mexican food restaurant across the street hope this help u!

I was so impressed with this hotel. Great atmosphere. Awesome service. Super comfy beds and pillows. Hotel bar, restaurant and coffee shop. Highly recommend!

The food was always good and Bob the manager was excellent-always willing to help, as was Eddie at the bar. All very pleasant.I will mention the rooms were dark and the shower was dangerous-slippery and grab rail was behind you, no place to hold on to. Nothing special about the rooms, but staff was excellent and we will be back.

Overall, nice, clean friendly place, if not staying more than one night. We stayed 4 days, caution, there's no daily housekeeping. We were not aware this was the case. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but by the end of our stay, cannot wait to leave. Even in my own home, I wipe things down as needed, empty the trash when full, etc., 4 days of trash over flow, towels hanging everywhere so they would dry before the next use, made our stay uncomfortable and annoying. If desperate for a dry towel, you can go to the front desk and pick them up. Did not know any of this until we inquired about housekeeping that day after purposely staying away from the room so it could be cleaned. There's no obvious place or a way to dispose of overflowing trash, no bags for disposal, nor a place for wet towels after using them to wipe things down. I shouldn't have to ask the desk about such basic things. Advice, please make sure you're guests are fully aware of this situation at booking, muchless at check in, and provide a way to easily dispose of the normal daily accumulated trash. Also, have a place to drop off wet dirty towels. It is humid, so things don't dry easily. We don't live this messy in our own home, and didn't expect to do so for a paid reputable hotel. I cant imagine staying with a kids in this situation. We found ourselves not wanting to be in the room anymore than necessary and can'twait to leave. Too bad for such a lovely place.
