I just love this hotel. It’s in a very quiet spot which is essential if you’re a light sleeper in Gümbet. It’s also ‘adult only.’ The staff are great and exceptionally friendly. Rooms are cleaned and linen replaced frequently. The breakfast is buffet style with a good selection and you can eat all you want. On a practical note, the Bodrum shuttle bus passes right in front of the hotel, and there is a variety of excellent restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. On the downside, this is a budget hotel but when I recently went to place a reservation the price had increased from £20 per night last October to £27 pn in May and £35 pn in June.

I had a lovely stay in this gorgeous boutique hotel run a by lovely young couple who made me feel very welcome and at home. The room was very clean and well appointed, nice pool area, amazing views over Gumbet Bay and a lovely poolside bar. If I come back to Gumbet I will certainly book here again.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel from [18 Aug 2024] to [21 Aug 2024]. Unfortunately, this stay was far from what I expected, and several issues severely impacted my overall experience. Firstly, the behavior and attitude of your staff were particularly disappointing. Manager Hilal was very rude behavior, lacking experience, professionalism and unresponsiveness to requests. I want management to investigate on why, she was having such behavior and check if there were room available at 11 AM 18th Aug 2024 for early check in. Manager HILAL was very angry and wanted me to cancel my booking and simply don’t care about guest experience. As a guest, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, which was sadly lacking during my stay. Secondly, I requested one large bed and got disappointed to know that they have all single bed which is joined by room service staff and again same manager HILAL was very rude and telling that joining two single bed is same as one 1 large bed or king size bed. This was unacceptable and not at all in line with the standards I expect from a hotel of your reputation. Moreover, when I brought these issues to the attention of the management, handling of my complaint was inadequate and left me feeling even more frustrated. This experience has unfortunately left a lasting negative impression, and I am considering whether I would stay at or recommend this hotel in the future. I believe that such issues should be addressed promptly to prevent other guests from facing similar dissatisfaction. I would appreciate it if you could investigate these matters and provide an appropriate response. I am also open to discussing how this situation could be rectified. Recently returned from a week’s stay at Very Chic and had the most AMAZING time! The all inclusive food concept ordering via a QR code is brilliant. However, the biggest highlight for us was the amazing bar, restaurant, and entertainment staff. They work so hard and are extremely attentive - we were treated like royalty throughout our entire stay. Special thanks to Ibrahim for making our holiday so great with his amazing service and delicious cocktails. Free Starbucks at the hotel is also a great perk and the staff here are brilliant. I would not hesitate to recommend Very Chic and already cannot wait to return!!!

Great location near the center and Gümbet area. Easy transportation, lovely breakfast, and excellent facilities. Moreover, the front desk manager, Mr. İlkay, was very attentive. You can have a delightful vacation here.

The overall hotel environment and conditions are pretty good, but I lost a pair of Bluetooth headphones in the room. Because it automatically connects to the phone, I found that the Bluetooth headphones lost connection in the hotel room that night. Strangely, it was automatically connected the next morning. When I opened the door, a waiter happened to pass by... I told her about this and hoped that she would find it and give it to me. I still didn't find the headphones until I checked out.

The hotel is one of the best if not the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The food is excellent the flavour and presentation is what you’d expect in a high end restaurant in England from the breakfast lunch and dinner. The staff are amazing, extremely polite and carry themselves with a smile which goes a long way on holiday nothing is ever to much for them. The drinks, music and the location of the hotel are fantastic. I would recommend the hotel to anyone, I have come away with my partner we are 28 and 24 years old and I will be booking to bring my mother back in the new year.

Absolutely amazing hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles that made us feel right at home. The room is incredibly comfortable; as someone with a bad back, I appreciated the option to fill out a form on the app mentioning that the bed was a bit firm. Within just two hours, a plush mattress topper was delivered to enhance my comfort—what a thoughtful touch! As a fussy eater, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I never went hungry. My partner, on the other hand, savored every dish and often went back for seconds and even thirds! The food was delicious and varied, catering to all tastes. The views from the hotel are breathtaking, and the pool areas are pristine. The beach is lovely, offering a perfect spot to unwind. The evening entertainment was enjoyable, with plenty to keep us engaged. During the day, we tried our hand at archery but mostly opted to relax by the pool. If you're a cat lover, this place is a dream! The cat house and the many friendly cats roaming the resort were a delightful bonus. I enjoyed daily cuddles with the cats on the beach each evening. I would absolutely return to this fantastic hotel—it truly exceeded my expectations!

This is the most incredible hotel. The setting is the beautiful Ortakent beach, away from the crowded and crazy Bodrum town and with much cleaner water. The hotel has direct access to the beach plus a fabulous pool. The staff were amazing - so attentive to everything and great with our kids. There are so many great dining options along the beach in easy walking distance, but the food was SO good at the hotel we ended up eating there every night. All the meals - kids, pool dining, vegetarian options, and particularly the breakfast - were so delicious. The quality of service, the fit out, the luxury feel of the restaurant spaces and the beach setting would all match anything at a 5 star resort, but you get the exclusivity of a boutique hotel with a much smaller number of guests and access to shops and other restaurants. From what we observed, this is the best hotel in Ortakent, and Ortakent is one of the most beautiful spots in Bodrum.

The best thing about the Liman Hotel is the Teras restaurant on the top floor. We shot lots of photos here, and enjoyed the amazing food. They have greek and turkish style cuisine and very well presented. The hotel overlooks the Agean sea, with a view of the entire bay. You can see Greece in the distance. The sunsets were awesome. Very beautiful. The room was fone, no problems there. Showers are a bit too small, so it was cramped while showering. The stairwell is steep, so walk slowly. But the beds are soft and the service was always good. The Teras Hotel staff also did catering for our business so I was really happy about that.
