The best thing about the Liman Hotel is the Teras restaurant on the top floor. We shot lots of photos here, and enjoyed the amazing food. They have greek and turkish style cuisine and very well presented. The hotel overlooks the Agean sea, with a view of the entire bay. You can see Greece in the distance. The sunsets were awesome. Very beautiful. The room was fone, no problems there. Showers are a bit too small, so it was cramped while showering. The stairwell is steep, so walk slowly. But the beds are soft and the service was always good. The Teras Hotel staff also did catering for our business so I was really happy about that.

This is the most incredible hotel. The setting is the beautiful Ortakent beach, away from the crowded and crazy Bodrum town and with much cleaner water. The hotel has direct access to the beach plus a fabulous pool. The staff were amazing - so attentive to everything and great with our kids. There are so many great dining options along the beach in easy walking distance, but the food was SO good at the hotel we ended up eating there every night. All the meals - kids, pool dining, vegetarian options, and particularly the breakfast - were so delicious. The quality of service, the fit out, the luxury feel of the restaurant spaces and the beach setting would all match anything at a 5 star resort, but you get the exclusivity of a boutique hotel with a much smaller number of guests and access to shops and other restaurants. From what we observed, this is the best hotel in Ortakent, and Ortakent is one of the most beautiful spots in Bodrum.

The overall hotel environment and conditions are pretty good, but I lost a pair of Bluetooth headphones in the room. Because it automatically connects to the phone, I found that the Bluetooth headphones lost connection in the hotel room that night. Strangely, it was automatically connected the next morning. When I opened the door, a waiter happened to pass by... I told her about this and hoped that she would find it and give it to me. I still didn't find the headphones until I checked out.

Recently returned from a week’s stay at Very Chic and had the most AMAZING time! The all inclusive food concept ordering via a QR code is brilliant. However, the biggest highlight for us was the amazing bar, restaurant, and entertainment staff. They work so hard and are extremely attentive - we were treated like royalty throughout our entire stay. Special thanks to Ibrahim for making our holiday so great with his amazing service and delicious cocktails. Free Starbucks at the hotel is also a great perk and the staff here are brilliant. I would not hesitate to recommend Very Chic and already cannot wait to return!!!

I had a lovely stay in this gorgeous boutique hotel run a by lovely young couple who made me feel very welcome and at home. The room was very clean and well appointed, nice pool area, amazing views over Gumbet Bay and a lovely poolside bar. If I come back to Gumbet I will certainly book here again.

Great location near the center and Gümbet area. Easy transportation, lovely breakfast, and excellent facilities. Moreover, the front desk manager, Mr. İlkay, was very attentive. You can have a delightful vacation here.

A very decent budget friendly boutique hotel. First of all, this place was one of the cheapest decent options in Bodrum when I was searching. The hotel was beautiful, with bougainvillea climbing on the white buildings and flowers in pots around the hotel (although some pots were empty, as if the rejuvenation before the holiday season was only half done). The room was good sized, looking like newly painted, but not spotlessly clean. The aircon worked well. The bathroom was almost bad with an ill fitted toilet seat and dirty floor. I had to ask them to send the cleaner to clean my room, otherwise it’s not done. The pool was of a decent size considering the relatively small size of the hotel. The hotel was located on a quiet one-way backstreet. Walking to the marina took only around 15 mins. There were 5 parking spots in front of the hotel. Breakfast was bare minimum - a piece of cold meat, a boiled egg, two pieces of fried cheese sprig rolls, jams, bread, Turkish tea and instant coffee. But considering the price, it was acceptable. The staff were mostly nice and accommodating. There was just one person who stood out as a little unfriendly (bald guy, probably the manager or big brother of all the rest). The cleaning ladies could be a bit less aggressively noisy. The towels smelled of oil and that was understandable as the kitchen and laundry were opposite each other with their door’s always ajar. Despite these few minus points, I would still stay here again because of the affordability, relative convenient location, photogenic environment and (mostly) nice staff.

This was our first time at an Aman and we didn't love it. After reading some other reviews, Amanruya seems to rank differently though to some of their other properties. Although we wouldn't return to this particular Aman, we would give another one a try. In short, we had a good stay but it wasn't faultless - by far. Considering the price you pay and value you get for money, I can only give it 3/5. ROOM 4/5 My understanding is that all the rooms are the same, just with different views. In our case we were surrounded by lovely gardens and big trees. The outdoor area is spacious and definitely the highlight for us. We spent most of our time at our private heated pool or in the sala relaxing. Every so often you get staff walking across the gardens so just bear in mind that you do not have complete privacy. The inside is beautifully laid out and furnished but perhaps a bit sterile for some. We stayed at the end of October and as it was getting colder, you spent more time indoors than in summer. Unfortunately the rooms weren't exactly conducive to lingering... i.e. the chairs are made for sitting rather than lying and reading a book. The living room area is also right next to your bed and doesn't have a very cosy feel. I guess the best way of putting it is slight style over substance. At least for us. (But perhaps this is an Aman-thing?) The bathroom is huge and gorgeous. Great toiletries, lovely tub. Fantastic bed and pillows. Nice music selection with ipod. There is also a TV with DVD player but you have to ask reception for a list of movies available to borrow. FOOD 4/5 The quality of ingredients and food overall was fantastic. Fresh produce with so much flavour that was very well executed! Starting with breakfast, the à la carte selection is varied and we didn't get bored after 5 days. The Menemen is a standout, as well as the Bodrum Breakfast which contains many local items like cheeses, hummus, honey and cream... We actually only had lunch at the beach once during our stay as breakfast kept us full until the evening. It's a shame because they have a different menu for lunch with Pides, Kebabs, etc. - unfortunately this food is not available for dinner. We brought it up with the Manager and he did mention that they had been talking about opening the beach restaurant in the evenings. Otherwise you are left with only one option, the main restaurant, as there is nothing close by outside of the resort. The food at dinner was excellent though and everything we tried was flavoursome and very well executed. The salads, mezzes, even the pasta was cooked to absolute perfection. The Baklava was the standout. I have never had such good Baklava in my life. I'm giving food 4/5 purely because of the lack of choice overall. Especially the room service menu was quite small and uninspired. Why put a burger on the menu and not some local items or mezze? It’s a standard 3-stars hotel with very loud annoying music Check-in was quick and our bags arrived quickly at the room, which was good and spacious with a balcony with a great view. As gold members of *******, we were upgraded and offered a fruit plate. However, the shower was leaking, the curtains did not shut properly and the coffee machine wasn’t working (1 coffee is complimentary, the following days it’s paid - another surprise at a 5-stars hotel). We complained and the curtains were fixed but the other issues remained unfixed. The jacuzzi wasn’t working properly too. They do not make the turn around at night, as expected in a 5-stars unit. So the towels you use in the morning are the same you used after the beach, still humid. We dined twice at the restaurant and the food was ok. The setting is very good, right near the sea. Our waitress was a lovely girl from Cazaquistan - the only staff member to whom we would rate a 5-stars service. Breakfast is simply not good. The porridge was terribly made and the scrambled eggs were watery. It’s served at the table, you can only choose the juice, coffee, eggs and pancakes besides what they bring to the table. Beach chairs are not comfortable and we couldn’t move the shade, it is fixed together with a little table. There are five cabanas on the deck, at 150€ per day! But the worst part is the VERY LOUD MUSIC ALL THE TIME! It’s impossible to relax at the beach with horrible disco music the whole afternoon. EVERY DAY. When you complain they lower the volume a little bit and slowly put it very loud again… We were lucky enough there were few guests during our stay. Staff is very young and inexperienced, most of them speak poor English. We were wondering whether the owners of this hotel want it to be a 5-stars boutique hotel or a teenagers disco on the beach (even the choice of music is tiring and annoying!). Management should decide wether they run an elegant boutique style property or a noisy standard little hotel. Service in general is poor and we would never rate this a 5-stars boutique hotel. For the price paid at this hotel, we would expect a much better service and atmosphere. We do not recommend it and would rate it as 3-stars unit, as it is. We left after two nights (we booked 5 nights at this hotel).

Absolutely amazing hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles that made us feel right at home. The room is incredibly comfortable; as someone with a bad back, I appreciated the option to fill out a form on the app mentioning that the bed was a bit firm. Within just two hours, a plush mattress topper was delivered to enhance my comfort—what a thoughtful touch! As a fussy eater, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I never went hungry. My partner, on the other hand, savored every dish and often went back for seconds and even thirds! The food was delicious and varied, catering to all tastes. The views from the hotel are breathtaking, and the pool areas are pristine. The beach is lovely, offering a perfect spot to unwind. The evening entertainment was enjoyable, with plenty to keep us engaged. During the day, we tried our hand at archery but mostly opted to relax by the pool. If you're a cat lover, this place is a dream! The cat house and the many friendly cats roaming the resort were a delightful bonus. I enjoyed daily cuddles with the cats on the beach each evening. I would absolutely return to this fantastic hotel—it truly exceeded my expectations!
