Mükemmel bir otel. Butik ve birinci sınıf hizmet anlayışı. Yetişkin oteli konaklama sevenler için çok iyi bir tercih. Herkes güler yüzlü ve ilgili. En son konaklamamız 29 Ekim tatilindeydi. Deniz kusursuz. Kış sezonu sayılmasına rağmen hersey eksiksiz. Sezon kapanışını beraber yapmak harikaydı:) tüm içecek yiyecekler harika hele ki meşhur lahmacunları ve mantıları unutulmaz. Magnumlar,tüm üst segment içkiler. Her zaman tercih edeceğim bir otel. Başta Ramis bey olmak üzere Tek bir olumsuzlukla karsılamasmadıgımız,herkesin güleryüzle yaklaştığı tatili mükemmel tamamlamızı sağlayan tüm çalışanlara çok çok teşekkürler.başarılarınızın devamını diliyorum

Wonderful September break
A wonderful stay.
We stayed in 2 rooms during our stay (we added an extra night) - the first was sea view and we had to have the patio door lock fixed as it didn’t lock. Was sorted out immediately, as well as coffee cups and coffee being sent up.
Bed was very comfy and the room was perfectly adequate for what we needed.
Second room was “land view” but this was with our patio area/sunbeds in a shared space with a view of other doors and although it was fine for one night I’d definitely book sea view if we revisit.
Again kettle and water given but no cups or coffee.
The toilet was weirdly a lot lower in room 2 and bedside lamps couldn’t be controlled by each side - they were on for both or off for both.
Food and drink options are very good but more thought and care needs to go into the choices and markings for vegetarian options. You would struggle if you were vegan.
Staff in all bars and restaurants were very attentive.
Entertainment was very good but was overall aimed at the Turkish contingent (which is absolutely fair enough).
The pool area was lovely with very comfy beds. A pool table, ping pong and darts were in this area too.
The beach sunbeds were not quite as comfy but still absolutely fine. A lovely bit of the sea which was shallow for quite a way in and not rough at all. Accessible by steps or jumping in.
Overall a wonderful stay with welcoming staff and plenty of food and drink.

Sauberkeit ist leider mangelhaft. Bad total No Go
Essen ist ok. 40% von Personal sind wirklich sehr Nett. Aussicht super schön, lässt viele Fehler vergessen.

Herşey mükemmeldi. Tatil boyunca misafire gerçekten misafir nezaketiyle güler yüzüyle yaklaşan başka bir arzunuz varmı demeden yanınızdan ayrılmayan işlerini severek yaptığını hissettiren personel, son derece zengin içerikli ve kaliteli mutfak, temiz ve hijyen odalar ve ortak alanlar. Отдыхали с 23 по 30 сентября. Приехали из отеля Фетхие 5ки. Первое восприятие отеля - шок. Начиная от парадной группы, ресепшена. У «пятерок» так скромно не бывает. Сразу получил ощущения тройки, мнение о котором в целом в дальнейшем и закрепилось. Архитектура отеля рядовая для городских застроек. Есть существенная амортизация отделочных материалов и мебели. Номер был скромен по размерам, окна смотрели на забор. От первых ночей были в ужасе: в номере было всего пару простыней, полотенец, было забит слив в душе, по ночам выясняли отношения кошки, не давая спать. В коридоре несколько дней напротив нас лежали чьи -то грязные тарелки, которые соизволили убрать только после нашего замечания. Аналогичная ситуация была с ведром и тряпкой, запах от которых доставал до нашего номера. Спортивный зал небольшой, не хватает оборудования: диски лежат на полу, веса для мужчин недостаточно, музыка не организована. Пляж зона создана фактически на пирсе, места мало, нужно занимать места рано утром, вставать хотя бы часов в 7-8, чтобы гарантировано иметь свое место. Шоу номера сдержаны по своему уровню и исполнителям, представления проходят на небольшой трибуне. Кухня слабая, выбор посредственный, молочных каш вообще нет. Однако сервис работает отлично, если что то заказываешь или устраняют по замечанию. Море очень чистое, вон вообще нет. Как я понял в Бодруме вешать себе 5ки отелям троек это нормально. Удивило что цена выше премиальных пятерок Фетхие, и значительно выше Средиземноморского побережья.

The hotel and staff were excellent. The service was outstanding. The rooms were cleaned daily. Every area was kept spotless though out our visit. You can catch a water taxi from the sea across to Bodrum town or the staff at reception will call you a taxi which always arrived within 2 minutes. The food and drink were availability all day. And there is a 24 hour lobby bar as well as a beautiful patisserie. Over all I would rate this hotel 10 out of 10.

Great hotel, staff on the deck were super helpful and assistance team couldn't do more to make sure we had a great holiday. The location is fantastic with views across the bay and a regular boat trip across to the centre of Bodrum just 10 minutes away. We would definitely return to this hotel.
