The hotel is lovely. It is super quiet and in a great location (next to Asda & B&M) the rooms are spotless if not a little dated. The staff are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble! The restaurant is in the same building and food and service are both great!

lovely hotel with fantastic staff! This hotel is very small but that doesn't affect any of the services it gives. Both dinner and breakfast were good value for money and the service was adequate. the hotel is spotlessly clean and all the reception team are super friendly!

Clean Hotel but everything looking a little tired. Food good, staff friendly. Room was a tad musty. Slightly disorganised ( we booked tables for meals but somehow the booking had evaporated!, Felt a bit understaffed when busy. it appeared that some room doors were left ajar, not sure why and one is was trashed j(ust before our friends arrived).

Excellent staff and very good value however the hotel is tired and the common areas need refurbishing. The outside of the building could do with repainting. It is a budget hotel but there is a general air of lack of investment on the plus side the room was spacious and comfortable.

Great stay really comfortable, good staff, bed comfy, room clean. Easy access to everything. Great restaurant. Check in process really easy. Asked for extra towel and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Car parking is free and there is an Asda next door for items. Will be back

Had a good 3 nights stay at this hotel. Received a lovely bright welcoming from Lizzi on the reception desk, very polite young lady. Explaining all about the facilities and the local area, offering further assistance at anytime if required. Room was very clean and tidy, also very presentable and inviting so, thank you...

Stayed here with work. Having used Premier Inn on numerous occasions I kind of know what to expect. Boy was i in for a disappointment. A colleague in the room opposite me has a smell like a person died in there. A smell I’m familiar with from a previous job. At least his room was warm. I couldn’t get mine above 17.5 degrees. The fan in the bathroom could wake the dead too. Why would you use a stool as a bedside table? How it’s fully booked is beyond me. I’m glad someone else is paying for it because I wouldn’t.
