The hotel is a bit far from Zhengjue Pagoda, and the transportation is not very convenient. I had a fever at night, so I called the hotel and asked the hotel to lend me a thermometer. Then after a while, he sent someone to bring a pair of pliers to me. I was speechless. It is very expensive to hire a taxi from the hotel to the train station, 1700rs+. If you have enough budget, I recommend going to the newly opened Hyatt. I stayed there for two days and was very satisfied. The food is better than here.

Excellent hotel with spacious, clean rooms. Overall property has a serene ambience. Staff were courteous. We also had a good in-dining experience. I would stay here again for my next visit.

Best sleep I've had in India. The whole stay was a wonderful, luxurious experience. The massage I had in the spa was also superb. The breakfast buffet had everything you could ask for, both Indian and Western. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and went out of there way to make my time there special.

Excellent Luxury ,A Best Place to Stay . Entire Team was superb . Front Desk Team are excellent . Durga at SPA , Shiv , Restaurent . Manager at Front Office are very Supportive . Food is very good. I have had many facials in my life but non with the results like this one. The service provided by Durga was very professional. My skin feels refreshed, tighten and rejuvenated. The price is very reasonable. It is very clean & hygienic and love all the minute details they take care of. Thank you Durga for pampering me. I simply enjoyed it!!
