When i reached there, they told me to go somewhere else. They are truly unprofessional and mammoth disregard for the guests. At first they told me u have booked some different hotel. I checked again and checked through the map. But it was the same hotel. Then i told them to see your mobile number is listed. Then they realised their fault. Then they sent me to some different hotel 800 mts away from hotel shanti. I was shattered and helpless. Some erikshaw guy helped me to reach my new hotel. That was much better than this shanti hotel.
