Buddha Heritage Resort

Hotel location is good with Mahabodhi temple. The reception staff is supportive but Management is very poor. The reception staff can only offer Apologies but not given enough resources. The premium suite was terrible. The bathroom glasses broken. changed room but geysers not working in new room. it showered hot water for 15 sec and then continue to shower cold water suddenly. Manager advised to provide 4 baskets of hot water to compensate for shower. on resistance, they offered new room for bathroom use. so inconvenient caused in carrying the clothes and other article on different lower room far from premium suite. only normal Aloo puri, masala Upma, cold sattu paratha , poha and bread butter with tea coffee is offered in Breakfast. only 2 half liter bottles are given in premium suite and RO water served in other rooms in a complete day. Lots of time wasted because of lots of discrepancies in the hotel. The hotel is muddy and canteen food menu offered limited items only. Overall a terrible experience. Faced lots of stress instead of peace in the hotel. Many other guests in other rooms are also complaining in front of us with similar issues.

This resort is a property listed under b. S. T. D. C, which means this is a government-managed resort. The resort is great for its prime location (right opposite maya sarovar park and 10-15 mins walk from mahabodhi temple, palatial looks, and amenities like in-room necessities, swimming pool, smart tv, in-house restaurant, etc. However, we had a mixed experience during our stay because: 1. Inadequate manpower meant there isn't enough people to attend you properly. Every time you need something, you have to ask the reception, and that too after follow ups. 2. Since it's a two-storied property with 2 buildings, there is no lift. 3. Restaurant is at a little distance from the rooms in building 1. Restaurant food is a little pricey but taste is good. However, there is lack of coordination between restaurant and reception and often someone else's bill is marked against another customer! 4. There is a lack of maintenance generally, be it linen, pillows, quick service, providing daily items in the room, etc. 5. Reception guys are not very efficient and lack promptness. Also, they hardly smile and don't offer the warmth you expect at the front desk.

Very nice location all tourist spots are nearby. All services were nice, food was good. Property is very clean.

no hot water in bathroom, pathetic service, poor support in resolving issues, the amenities are of poor taste and quality, not worth even a single penny

Good hotel with good facilities. It is good for family stay and it has enough area for car parking and playing for children.staff are also good.
