Via een Site kamer voor 2 nachten 160 euro gevonden. Maar helaas konden we de check in niet halen, dus maar even bellen om te kijken wat kon. Werd de prijs opgedreven naar 99 per nacht, toen we zeiden dat we iets anders zagen staan via boekingssite, kregen we te horen dat als wij het niet 99 euro per nacht waard vonden, we sowieso niet welkom waren 🤷♂️

Eine ganz besondere Erfahrung mal in einen mittelalterlichen Ambiente zu gastieren. Allerdings sollte man seine gewohnten Ansprüche an eine übliche Hotel- oder Ferienwohnung-Unterbringung etwas zurücknehmen. Es gab einige kleinere Probleme, die aber durch die nette und stets bemühte Vermieterin meist schnell gelöst werden konnten. Schade ist aber dass es keine Frühstücksoption gibt. Dazu muss man dann leider in das z.B. einige Autofahrminuten entfernte Café & Bistro - Koch's Kotten ausweichen. Ein reichhaltiges großes Frühstück für 2 Personen kostet dort etwa 36€. Wer von hier aus das Ruhrgebiet und seine Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden möchte, wird sich über die nahgelegene Autobahnanbindung der A448 freuen, die einen schnell in andere Regionen und Städte führt. Alles in allen mal eine etwas andere Urlaubserfahrung.

Wer das Urige und Außergewöhnliche mag ist hier genau richtig. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und entspannt. Was man wissen muß: Es gibt keine Verpflegung vor Ort, kein Parkhaus, man sollte mit dem eigenen Fahrzeug mobil sein. Ein bekanntes Gasthaus ist fußläufig zu erreichen, es gibt tolle Empfehlungen für Frühstück.

Passt nicht. Die letzte Renovierung ist zwar nicht so lange her wie das Gebäude alt ist, aber zu lange. Aufgequollene Badezimmerschränke, die Betten auch schon älter usw.usw. und ein leicht muffiger Geruch im Gebäude und den Zimmern. Schade.

non è certamente un albergo nel classico senso del termine: in un complesso ristrutturato si aprono numerose camere (dotate di un essenziale angolo cucina) con arredamento 1700-1800 un po "pesante" (qui il gusto personale è fondamentale); pulizia ottima, costo un po superiore al congruente a mio giudizio

Our stay was very comfortable in this historical place. Nice kitchen area to make your own breakfast. Very friendly management who moved around rooms for us when we needed one last minute without stairs. We stayed here in 2021 and 2022 and would definitely return again.
