The front desk staff was absolutely amazing — they were warm, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay 😀. A special shoutout to Neil, who was superb! He made me feel welcome and comfortable from the start, and truly went the extra mile to take care of me throughout my stay. I genuinely appreciated the kindness and attention to detail. I will definitely recommend this hotel and their incredible staff for providing such a memorable and positive experience 😊.

We stayed one night for a local wedding. We were on the 8th floor in a newly renovated room. I found it was very clean, well appointed and comfortable! Loved the shower and pressure. Appreciated the steam machine versus iron. Great in room coffee and nice mini fridge. The location cannot be beat, so many walkable restaurants. I didn’t hear any construction noise in the room. A small amount near elevator. Our room was near the elevator. I personally wouldn’t concern yourself with the noise. The lobby and restaurant and bar were nice. We were welcomed with great service at the front desk. Ice machine was a floor up from us due to renovations. Not a big deal to me. We would absolutely return!

Fantastic hotel! Wonderful staff, great rooms and fast and efficient service. Always come to this hotel and consistently am happy. Grace keeps me going in the morning with fast breakfast and a wonderful smile!

I visit this hotel every year on business. My family have joined some of these trips. The service is consistently very good. Breakfast in the main restaurant and the business lounge has always been good. The hotel is currently going through a refurbishment but as I’m at the office all days this had no impact on my stay.

It was awful. Their website says they are doing renovations with "minimal" disruption. When we checked in, they told us they had separated us from the noise. There was loud drilling for two straight hours. I truly regret staying there.
