Nos gustó mucho el hotel. Creo q lo único q no me gustó esq el bufet no es el precio q comentan por esta app es caso del doble
Y nones bufet es la comida del día! De hay en más
La alberca es climatizada. El mar es precioso, siii aunq tenga mucha piedra. La vdd me dolieron los pies mucho y me corte. Pero me encantó me la pasé muy bien

Hotel con lo básico, las habitaciones se perciben viejas sobre todo el aire acondicionado. Cuenta con cocineta , platos , vasos, cazuelas, etc. La playa es buena para snorkel, tiene mucha piedra, hay mucha fauna peligrosa, como erizos, incluso vimos una serpiente de mar. Los precios de los alimentos en el restaurante y bebidas no son baratas, si es que vas en plan austero mejor prepara tus alimentos. En general buena relación costo/beneficio.

This is most certainly not a luxury experience but the staff really made me feel safe as a split woman traveler. The wait staff, activities staff and everyone here is kind and makes you feel right at home. Food is affordable for the most part and good. The room was clean and the AC cranked out a cold room, thank goodness, as it was VERY humid and hot when I was there in September. The pool was a perfect temperature and clean. I got room service and stayed the whole time at the property and I was able to relax, be entertained and feel safe the entire 5 days I was there. It has timeshare people staying there but they absolutely never asked me to go to a meeting. The crowd is older, mostly retirees and some Mexican families. Not a place for exciting dance music or parties (which is what I like). It’s right in the water but the beach is rocky, so I kept to the pool. The workout room is small but well equipped. I recommend not going during the rainy season, as it was quite hot and humid and it rained every day. Oh also, the internet was fast and steady and the TV hooked seamlessly to my streaming accounts for Netflix and Disney+.

Very nice property but the biggest plus is the people who work there. I wish I remember every one’s names but those people stand out Manu,Carlos,Eric ,Henry ,Rafael ,Jose ,Julian and Janet hoo clean my room THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Had a fabulous week discovering the puerto Vallarta area. Netto, our new friend in the restaurant, had so much great information to share with us and so many good recommendations. Additionally his service was excellent! He really helped to make our first visit to PVR and costa Sur special. Muchas gracias !
