We're not sure how this place has a 3-STAR, 4.5 hotel rating on Google or a 8.6 rating on this site. We booked for 3 nights and left at around 4am after the 1st night. If you can stomach a crappy mattress that smelled like sweat, electricity that got shut off in our unit, hotel safe that was broken, and a tile floor that felt like that has only been broom swept and never washed, this place is for you. After taking a lukewarm shower and stepping on the floor, our feet were black. It was gross and disgusting. Plus crappy WI-FI that cut out all the time, an AC unit that would make a huge noise from time-to-time, we could barely sleep. And this unit was a Superior Apartment 1-Bedroom! We spend 5-6 months in the DR and have owned a home here for the last 13 year. So we did not expect the RITZ, but this was nasty.

Primera vez en ir y tengo que decir que hoy entregamos la habitación 22 y dicho esto tengo que dejar dicho que desde el administrador hasta el último día los empleados son lo mejor en todo wow un trato más que profesional me atrevo a decir que fue un trato como que estuve siempre en familia son muy amables hospitalarios y amigables fué el mejor lugar del mundo para pasar mis vacaciones con mi esposo y aparte le doy gracias a la dueña del hotel por qué su hermosa gatita es muy dulce y nos visitó muchas veces y no pudimos irnos son despedirnos de ella 🥰🥰🥰🥰Dios los bendiga a todos siempre y esperamos vernos pronto..., Att Ronald y Chanel.... I’ve been traveling to the DR for work and fun for the last 12 years and have stayed in more hotels here than I can count. I’ve stayed here three different times and can’t recommend it highly enough Extremely professional and helpful. I asked to stay an extra couple of hours this last visit because I was doing a late afternoon scuba dive and they were so nice about it. It’s located very close to a number of good restaurants and not far from the beach, bank, or grocery store (not just a colmado but a grocery store). If you’re not the resort kind of traveler (which resorts suck), this is exactly the kind of place you want to stay.

A Slice of Paradise in Boca Chica
From the moment we arrived at Parco del caribe in Boca Chica, we were greeted with warm smiles that set the tone for our stay. The hotel was located just a stone’s throw away from the beach. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable.
The staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, always with a genuine smile. Special thanks to the staff who went out of their way to return some clothing items that we mistakenly left behind.
In summary, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of phenomenal. With its stunning location and exceptional service. It truly felt like a slice of paradise. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommended for anyone seeking a dreamy getaway in the Dominican Republic.

Après une incompréhension de notre arrivée à l’aéroport (nous arrivions à un autre que Las Americas) entrainant un retard quant à l’arrivee de notre taxi et occasionnant un coût bien supplémentaire kilométrique, l’hôtel a été compréhensif et a accepté de diminuer notre charge financière, après discussion. Ils ont fait en sorte egalement que nous disposions d’un plus grand appartement que prévu afin de s’excuser.
En cela, Messieurs ont été très honnetes et à l’écoute. Je recommande vivement !! Et merci au super taxi.
