Esta fue mi segunda vez en el Hotel Vicentina y, sin duda, volveré. La limpieza de las habitaciones y de todas las áreas comunes es impecable, algo que valoro mucho como huésped. El personal es sumamente amable y atento en todo momento, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Quiero destacar especialmente al gerente, cuya atención, profesionalismo y calidez hacen la diferencia. La playa de Boca Chica, ubicada a pocos pasos, es ideal para relajarse y disfrutar del mar. También me encantó el área de la azotea del hotel, un espacio tranquilo con muy buen ambiente para descansar por la tarde o en la noche. Recomiendo totalmente el Hotel Vicentina a quienes busquen una estancia cómoda, limpia y bien atendida en Boca Chica.

The manager from this facility very polite and efficient I had a misunderstanding and he resolve the issue. On my next trip I will stay at this hotel the location is excellent close to shop. I stay in room 206.
