I went down to report it and saw that it was the night receptionist, I didn't have anyone to report it to because he was the only one responsible at that time. I told her that she doesn't see in her system that the room is already occupied and she said yes but that she thought I wasn't there. But at 9 pm???? What would I come in for??? Without knocking and that's when I saw that the room had no security at all, it didn't have the chain lock they put inside, my room had a door lock but anyone with a key can enter, and 2 you share a balcony with the room next door and you only have a glass door that opens with a key so I couldn't sleep out of fear of not being safe. The guy at reception got arrogant when I complained to him and told me "I've forgotten it, nothing happened", my worst experience really. If you're traveling alone think twice. The only thing I thought of was moving the bed closer to block the door but I could also enter through the balcony.

Ne pas fier aux photos qui sont pour certaines trompeuses. Pas de jacuzzi et en guise de petit dej un café assez mauvais. Le wifi n existe pas il nous ont faire croire qu il tentait de le réparer mais en vain. Hotel très bruyant dans environnement qui ne reflete pas la république dominicaine et personnel incompétent et qui ne se procupe pas de ses clients. Chambre immonde etc. Bref éviter de venir.

Excelente servicio, buenos precios y las atenciones de primera, facilidades en un lugar tranquilo, cerca del aeropuerto, transporte seguro, buena higiene de las habitaciones y el baño. Regresaré en mi próximo viaje.
