In einer normalen Woche, von Montag bis Donnerstag, ganz akzeptabel. Und vor allem gibt es einen abgesicherten Parkplatz für die Gäste. Am Wochenende, über Ostern, Weihnachten, Silvester usw geht es jedoch zu wie im Irrenhaus. Ein Dominikaner mietet ein Appartement und lädt dann 10-20 Kollegen ein. Viele davon kommen dann natürlich mit dem Auto. Und das ist bei vielen der Appartements der Fall. Der Pool ist dann unbenutzbar, alles ist absolut überfüllt und einen Parkplatz bekommt man dann als Mieter eines Appartements auch nicht. Dieser ist mit den Autos der eingeladenen überfüllt. Als zahlender Gast der ein Appartement gebucht hat um den Parkplatz zu nutzen kann man dann sein Auto irgendwo auf der Strasse abstellen. Absolut unzumutbar. Die Verwaltung interessiert sich leider absolut nicht dafür.

Freundliches Personal an der Bar.Aber der Chef will dich nicht verstehen, auch mit übersetzungsapp reagiert er nicht.Sicherheitspersonal ist bei Problemen unbrauchbar.Depot für Zimmerschlüssel aus unverständlichen Gründen nicht Retourgegeben.
Diese Unterkunft würde ich nie mehr buchen

Helpful Management
I made a mistake and booked an extra room i did not need. The manager was very helpful to assist me to cancel 1 room through the hotels app. The room was exactly as expected and advertised.
The only thing i suggest could be improved is providing drinking water.

I had a terrible time at that place. The first thing, I didn't stay at Residencial Las Palmera but instead at Residencial Las Estrellas in Boca Chica. And the second thing, the man there tried to charge more than what's online. My apartment with two bedrooms was pretty bad. There wasn't air conditioning and it was hot on the first floor. So I had to stay in my bedroom for the rest of the days when there was AC. Then, the fridge stopped working and the WiFi connection ****** so badly that it wouldn't work well. I'm never going back there. Really poor.

The peoples are friendly, but it's hard to find someone who talks english. Even if the lady did come every 2 days for changing the beds, empty the garbages and washing the floors there's always smalls bugs. Have to keep EVERYTHING in the fridge. The security is very good.
