I have been attending the spa facilities since 2010, since I have been living in Bogaz. Always good, but the other day I had the usual massage, and at the desk, the receptionist was rude and informed me I had a different massage, which was no different to the usual, and owed more money. She even made a call to the masseur to check, and was made to pay the extra. It was unfair and due to this, they have lost quite a few of their customers.

Where are these good reviews from? pools are dirty!!Be aware of those slides unless u want your child's foot ripped open on the bottom of pool grill came loose near white slide. An hr wait for a cheese burger! Not for us for a day trip....It was only out side so I don't know how the hotel is to be fair. One of the girls who spoke good English did look after my daugter so I was pleased with that at least.Or there is no telling what infections she would of got. The loo in the ladies is broken smashed top. Hope we can do a better review next summer...

This is a perfectly acceptable hotel. The rooms are clean, if somewhat dated although the bathrooms have been renovated to a good standard. The pool is good for children and the food and drinks in the restaurant across the road are ok, if a little expensive. The breakfast is limited to half a dozen items, which do not appear to change. I was, however, left with the feeling that this establishment is punching above its weight and is somewhat expensive for the facilities on offer. The friends who recommended the Exotic to us use it regularly and are clearly very happy with it so it is very much a case of 'you pay your money and you make your choice'.

Staff were very friendly. Room clean, if a little dated, with a nice updated bathroom. Great view of pool asked sea from our small balcony. Only 10 mins walk along the sea front to the lovely little fishing harbour. WiFi very sporadic though.

Lovely clean hotel, very friendly staff and an amazing English breakfast. Easy parking, beach over the road isn't amazing but there are plenty within a short drive. There's a shop nearby but only 2 restaurants within walking distance. The road outside does get busy but don't let it put you off its a lovely hotel and we hope to stay again soon.

We had a fabulous two nights here recently the staff were friendly and very helpful nothing was too much trouble, I had a massage and facial in the spa which was lovely and great value for money, the room was clean and adequate we even got an upgrade to a suite which was a bonus, breakfast was great we had a english breakfast both days but they had plenty of choice, our evening meal was at the kiyi restaurant across the road on the beach which was also fabulous, we will definitely stay again.

This wonderful family run hotel,our stay was ,half board,food is freshly cooked , portions are very generous, hotel rooms are clean and beautifully decorated,staff can not do enough to make your stay memorable ,mum has Alzheimer’s and a wheelchair user,and the hotel could see to all her needs

Well the idea was that due to personal recommendations my wife and I were going to spend last night only in this hotel. Asit turns out, I'm writing this report lying on top of my very comfortable bed in my very comfortable room, having decided to stay another night. The hotel is clean and tidy with friendly staff. The main restaurant is 20 yards across the street where you can watch and hear the waves gently crunching against the beach. The food by the way is very good. We enjoyed breakfast this morning inside the actual hotel. Although it doesn't include the various cheeses, breads yogurt etc that other pricier hotels may provide it has an excellent set of choices on a breakfast menu. We both chose an English breakfast which included English sausage, breakfast bacon, 2 eggs, beans and toast served with fruit juice and lovely coffee. Other choices including omelette etc. The location of this hotel is ideal for further exploring of the Karrpazia panhandle. Asta la vista baby. William
