The last couple times I've stayed here haven't been good. The time before this their was mold in the bathroom, I let housekeeping know and didn't make a big deal. This last time it was disgusting. We had to wear our shoes all the time because carpet was filthy. Curtains were torn down on the one side, peeling wallpaper, torn lampshade, fridge was disgusting...been awhile since cleaned, had black mold in fridge. It was damp, even sheets felt damp. There were towels and garbage thrown in the stairwell, definitely didn't happen that day...been there the whole weekend I was there. One elevator working out of two. Huge inconvenience. Will never stay again. Front desk clerk was horrified by my pictures I showed her, was told that the manager will contact me from 2 different employees and he has made no attempt. Very poor customer service and his neglect to hotel definitely shows his professionalism.

Tara has been extremely amazing and helpful with everything I needed she has been at the desk solo the whole time I’ve been here an I couldn’t ask for better customer service I’ve never been treated so nice at any other holiday inn even with the lobby being completely full of people she helped everyone with a smile on her face an never once got overwhelmed by it definitely recommend when she’s working.

Hotel itself was clean but house keeping issues
Check in was smooth, clean, the toilet paper holder was broken. The outlets didn't work that well. The hotel didn't say anything about house keeping or when they would come by. They showed up around 10am and checkout time wasn't til 12pm. There was no sign to put on the door either. House keeping decided to try and come into the room. Didn't even wait for me to respond. The Hotel was extremely clean only thing seemed like the restaurant had limited food selection and the ice maker on the fifth floor broken but otherwise it was perfect

Quiet but staff are not pleasant and heard complaining. Sticky elevator the 3 days. Not sure if breakfast was included as it was never stated. Beds are okay bathroom is tight

Overall everything was very nice at the hotel. When we arrived there was an employee standing at the front door smoking, when we returned from dinner we found the same person standing there smoking, and in the morning twice two of the men that worked there were standing at the front smoking. This is not the first Holiday Inn that we find this a normal thing. For someone that is very allergic to smoke and that is what I am met with at Holiday Inn Hotels I'm sorry but it is a major turn off. What ever happen to the 25' from the back door policy???
