Firstly, the saving grace of this hotel are the staff. They are incredibly warm people and willing to do anything for you. The wifi and breakfast are also great. Now to the cons: I think the major con is that the hotel does not look like the photos. The photos of been captured from a good angle and behind the angle are old, fairly dirty rooms. Paint peeling, musty mouldy bathrooms and quite frankly a basic 2 star hotel. No room cleaning, no towel refreshers. The hotel is also not in the City centre despite the name. It’s about 15 min drive from the centre. The price is good. But if, like us, you were drawn in by the photos please manage expectations. This is a classic two star establishment.
