Nothing special, to be honest. Not more than a place to have a shower and a sleep. Also, almost always there’s no one at the reception.

Stayed here for one night in March 2023: Pros: 1) Location: The place is bang next to the starting point of the Phong Nha cave boat ride. 2) The rooms and bathrooms are quite big. 3) The rooms and bathrooms are clean. 4) The tariff is very cheap. 5) The place is quiet at night and the sleep quality is great. 6) The wifi is free and the speed and connectivity was great. 7) The front desk spoke reasonable English. Cons: 1) The rooms were tired and needs upgrade. The bathroom amenities were old as well. 2) They did not accept credit cards and I had to pay in cash.

It's no different than an abandoned place. There is no reception. Neither does the security. We waited outside for too long and received the answer that the security guard was going to dinner. The elevator doesn't work. We had to struggle with our luggage. Room is dirty. I couldn't sleep all night...the worst place on my family's trip
