Room was freezing. Thermostat was not working. The desk clerk offered to change rooms, but it was too much trouble and already late in the evening. She very nicely brought me extra blankets and a space heater. That helped a lot.

The hotel is an older hotel that needs attention. The bedding and rooms needed updating. The exterior and interior could be painted, making it more appealing. The bathroom had black spots in the ceiling and I wasn’t comfortable taking a shower. While I made It through the night there details about the hotel that should be addressed.

No elevators, I had asked for first floor close to front when I made the reservations and the day before our trip. We were on 2nd floor with no elevator!! My husband and I have bad backs and can't walk far. Then to have to carry our belongings up the steps was very very hard on us and our backs! The two other people with us about froze in their room. Air conditioner was on and nobody could get heat. Their system is either AC or heat!! That shouldn't be allowed!! People have different temperatures they can handle. One had to sleep in her clothes even with a little heater provided!

First room had a broken toilet and broken tv. Second room had no air or heat. Roach on the floor crawling, staining on all the bedding. Internet wouldn’t connect to the tv.

Recently redecorated and friendly staff but it was NOT clean the HVAC barely worked, they were out of some of the few breakfast items they had, the blankets were like sleeping under a plastic bag. No elevator for a 3 floor property. If you get a good deal it's okay for the money but I would not stay again.

Staff was friendly.
Definitely could have been cleaner. Beds were uncomfortable. Window was wide open when we arrived with no screen, so bugs and spiders were in the room. We stopped on the way to another destination to rest and many hotels were booked up for some event. Wouldn’t recommend.

Terrible. Dirty with bugs and NO hot water.
Tried to blame us for supposed missing bedding that was disgusting, and no one would ever want anyways.
Did not stay entire reservation time due to the terrible conditions. Hotel and ******* refused to honor refund for the unused nights. Do not book. And definitely do not book through *******. Customer service is NO help.

The young girl at the desk was incredible, warm, friendly, and helpful. We stay here twice a year for several years.
