Eu ainda estou no estabelecimento, mas posso dizer sem sombra de dúvida, é uns dos melhores hotéis em que já fiquei até hoje. O atendimento é excepcional, desde o momento em que cheguei, excelente profissionais, destaco em especial a Carla e Simone que fazem a diferença no atendimento, me sinto muito a vontade e o ambiente fica mais agradável com a recepção delas. Para ter uma ótima estadia, é nescessário que ao entrar, sejamos recebidos com um sorriso no rosto a ponto de que quando saimos, o desejo é de ficar. Tbm não posso deixar de falar das camareiras, elas são quem fazem a diferença no ambiente que a gente fica mais tempo. Cheiroso e super higiênico. Estão de parabéns. Muito obrigado mesmo! Com toda certeza, aqui será a minha próxima parada.

Muito bom. Digno de um local para recarregar as baterias. Cama boa, lençóis e travesseiro bons, ambiente limpo e equipe atenciosa, atende o telefone quando ligamos. Consegui fazer uma reunião com cliente por vídeo chamada, a internet bem estável. Recomendo.

Já fico na rede do hotel 10 há algum tempo. Mas com certeza em termos de atendimento o hotel 10 de Blumenau é superior aos outros. Sempre sou bem recebido, com atenção e cordialidade. Principalmente pela Nádia, Vanusa e Priscila que são as funcionárias que sempre me atendem no período da manhã (checkout)

Travesseiros somente de um modelo, muito altos, me bati bastante para dormir. Pedi na recepção por um travesseiro mais fino, mas disseram não tinham autorização para levar até o quarto. Como eram 3h da manhã, acabei não descendo. De resto, hotel bom!
