Long term tenants do live on the first floor. They are quiet and respectful.Your stay comes with an additional sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom has it's own two-sink bathroom and walk-in closet and pack-n-play with fitted sheet.There's a TV in the living room as well as in the master bedroom. There is a washer and dryer included in your stay.When you arrive at the house you will can enter up one flight of stairs with keyless entry. Once inside, you can enjoy relaxing in the spacious living room, the back porch with grill, or out by the fire pit.Inside you'll find a fully stocked coffee bar. We provide specialty coffee roasted just for our guests. We provide a great selection of teas.The kitchen is also well stocked to cook almost any meal you would desire. We include all of the pots and pans, measuring cups, mixing bowls, and utensils to cook to your heart's desire. It's equipped with a full size refrigerator and freezer, oven, range and dishwasher.The living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure! Our fully renovated house is the perfect cozy place to make memories and enjoy the Low Country, and we have appointed it just for this purpose- just 3 minutes to the charm of Old Town, and a few more to the beautiful May River, located in family-friendly Bluffton Park.Our home is located less than 1 block from a beautiful park and pond with walking trail, and 2 blocks from a heated pool available for your use. Oscar Frazier Park and sports center is a 10 minute walk away. We also offer our guests a day pass to our beautiful beach-front resort on Hilton Head - complete with the largest pool on Hilton Head Island, a Tiki bar to grab drinks and a bite, and a beautiful beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Our home features an open concept kitchen & dining area that opens up to an inviting living room with a modern fireplace & entertainment space.Featuring all new appliances, a modern kitchen with southern charm, and an upstairs game / sleep space featuring Xbox, shuffle board & many board games.Enjoy the low country sunrise with your morning coffee on our outdoor patio seating, or enjoy a crackling fire in our backyard gas fire pit and seating area.
