This place is nasty. Don’t stay here. It is damp, has loud air conditioning units, and the rooms are gross. One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. The phone in the room was so dirty I had to put it in the floor. It made me wonder how many times 911 had been called from it in an attempt to save people from this filth. Run away!!

The rooms were dark and in need of updating. Broken hairdryer in bathroom. Some of the hooks were broken on the curtains. Everything just seemed worn. Front desk staff was very nice. Air conditioning was fine. Even though we didn’t use the kitchen everything seemed clean.

This hotel is really rundown. All upholstered surfaces in our room were stained so we covered them with towels. The shower porcelain was all chipped and rusted. There were some mystery red stains on the carpet. I would never stay here again. Shout out to Laurie, the manager, who should be working at a 5 star hotel She was the only reason I rated this 2 star.

The smell in the lobby and halls was disgusting. It was a moldy smell. If we had another option, we'd have left.

Raven from the front desk was spectacular. She checked us in and from the beginning she was very professional and it took under five minutes for check-in.Raven, was always there if we needed help with anything. She was pleasant friendly and accommodating. I only wished I could’ve given her a tip for being outstanding to me and my family
