Great stay! Location is excellent, rooms were clean, friendly staff. The rooftop restaurant was fantastic - we snacked around at various places and were shocked that the hotel restaurant/bar was as good as the local places! The Asian dumplings were killer snd the bar tender made me a fantastic espresso martini off-menu. The balcony rooms were a nice touch, super fun to watch the train go by. Great walkable location.

Checkin was easy and quick. Very nice staff. The room was excellent, clean and comfy. We had the room facing the train, a room that the door opens to a lookout, not really a balcony to sit. French balcony. So many shops to walk around in, nice area. The restaurant on the roof was excellent. We will stay here again.

This hotel was located perfectly for us. We had tickets for the Blue Ridge Scenic Train tour located in walking distance to the hotel. For added excitement, it also has a rooftop bar that serves a limited menu selection along with drinks. It overlooks the charming town of Blue Ridge and has dining, bars and stores conveniently located.

This hotel is perfectly located in Blue Ridge. The staff was pleasant, and the room was very comfortable. The gym had enough equipment to get in a good workout, though it was hot with no airflow. The only area that needed improvement is the restaurant, though I'm not certain if that is a part of the hotel or an outside business.
