If you want sleep don’t stay here. The walls are paper thin, the shower is a mess. Despite hotel being Almost empty we kept getting neighbors who kept us up all night! Not good place to stay at all!! Bring your own towels in pillows if you ignore my post and still want to come,

The staff was courteous. The room was clean. The linens were clean. The air conditioner kept the room nice and cool. The breakfast was simple and basic, but the fruit was fresh and a yogurt was good. Parking and room access was easy. It's also just a short distance from downtown Blue Ridge.

Bed bugs. My body is covered in bites. I itch. It’s on my face and I work in a client facing industry. I’ve had to visit multiple doctors and I’m on meds. I have tried to call and left a voicemail yet no response. That’s honestly the worst part. If a mistake is made, I prefer to own up to it. Not hide. It’s scary to think others may be facing the same situation right now.

A very nice friendly lady checked us in on July 15th. The room was adequate, but when we went for breakfast the next morning the breakfast was sparse. We rang the bell at the desk and inquired about menu items we had been told would be available. The man on duty in the morning was very rude. He stated that items ordered had not come in so we said we understood. When my husband went to check out, the same man was extremely rude and he deactivated our keys immediately. My husband said that he needed to get back in the room to finish packing. The man on duty said we should not check out until we are ready to leave. We are used to checking out before finally leaving the room. He did reactivate one key so we could get our luggage out of the room. He told us to bring the keys back to the front desk. I walked to the front desk to return the keys and had to ring the bell to get service. The man on duty did not come to the desk. I could see that he was able to electronically monitor what was going on and apparently he did not want to come out. I reached over the counter and left the keys. His attitude made our stay unpleasant.

We were guests at the facility 2 nights, cleaning person knocked on the door at 8:30 to ask if we were checking out. The check out time posted in the room, backside of door is 12;00. The cleaning staff ask 3 more time if we were leaving. Certainly!! 4 times before check out time. Cleaning staff is rude, unprofessional, unappreciative. It is a choice to stay at Reid Ridge Hotel, the choice is NEVER AGAIN.

Hotel smells like an old folks home. Bed springs stick you in the back. The air conditioning filter was disgusting and i had to wash it out with hot water and soap.i had to put a tshirt over the nasty pillow. I don't understand how anyone could consider this a hotel 3 stars. Don’t stay here! 233/200 minimum characters (

This is specifically for room 120: Shower is nice, but water will not drain out! Corner floor lamp is broken and useless. Bathroom faucet handles fall off. Can't adjust rm. temp 'cause knob is missing! Bathroom floor looks very unkept! (needs caulking/grout job) "Breakfast" is terrible: OJ was undrinkable, no decaf coffee, bagels okay.

Beware! We chose this property to stay for the cost....My bad...you get what you pay for! Dirty rooms, out of milk for breakfast, orange juice was not mixing correctly, ice machine broke, Could not understand the guy at the front desk in the morning, they refused to give a guest a jump start in the morning so we did...and they talked horrible to them. They said they saw his lights were on last night but refused to tell them. Would NEVER recommend staying there....Much better options in Blue Ridge for not that much more!

Terrible experience at what was once a great hotel. Carol at the front desk was helpful and tried her best to fix the broken toilet seat when we first checked in. We were told it would be replaced but it never was. The shower had not been cleaned and had body hair and something else nasty. There was toothpaste and film on the bathroom mirror. The carpet was dirty and dusty and had rolls. No sleep from hearing the front doorbell ring throughout the night. The walls are thin. Breakfast is cereal or muffin, no decaf coffee. I would not stay here again!
