We have stayed in Zurs before but not at this hotel. From initial check-in and throughout the holiday I have to say we felt as if the staff were very attentive and focused on us having a very enjoyable stay. We had heard some people had not been entirely satisfied with the restaurant but we thought both the breakfast selection and dinner were very good even if some dishes were not to everyone's taste. Service was excellent in all areas of the hotel. Our fourth floor room was spacious with good storage for clothes and plenty hanging space for your ski gear. The ski locker boot room is exceptional, it is in the downstairs night club / bar which sounds weird but everyone loved this quirky set up. Hotel Edelweiss is not cheap but Lech / Zurs in general is a premium ski resort. In our opinion it's worth it and we would stay here again.

Best Hotel!
The stay at Hotel Edelweiss was, simply put, perfect!
Along with an extremely courteous staff, the hotel offers so many options that make your stay wonderful. They have a fantastic breakfast/restaurant, gym, sauna, locker room, and it’s very close to the lifts in Zurs.
I will absolutely stay here again!

Super schönes Hotel mit tollen, gemütlichen Zimmern. Sehr nah am Lift. Skikeller mit Möglichkeit seine Sachen einzuschließen ist top! Spa sehr schön und gemütlich, allerdings sehr wenig Liegen. Frühstück ist absolute Klasse!

Toller Aufenthalt in Zürs
War ein toller Aufenthalt. Tolle Ausstattung des Zimmers. Alles notwendige war vorhanden. Auf eine Minibar wird aus Umweltschutzgründen verzichtet. Toller Service, da man z.B. den Skipass an der Rezeption schon kaufen kann und somit Zeit sparen kann. Bushaltestelle ist praktisch vor der Haustüre.
Komme gerne wieder.

The stuff were friendly. What I like the most about the hotel is the convenient parking, close to ski school and close to school bus.
the property is dated, the shade keeps falling down almost once a day even though the house keeper put it back every day. We booked a designer suite but what got was a big room, didn't have divided space.

A lovely hotel for a last minute NYE getaway. Staff were lovely, particularly Marina and Judith the bar/restaurants staff. Also Stephanie from the pop-up restaurant Tian was lovely. All the bar staff were great. The concierge were also helpful booking taxis to and from St Anton. We had one complaint which was that we booked for NYE dinner. However, the hotel missed us off their booking, then placed us on a group table in the corner of the restaurant, before eventually moving us to a more appropriate table. They then lied about missing us off the list, which was irritating, particularly when a NYE dinner for two was around EUR600. For such an expensive dinner I would expect perfect service, which this wasn't. The hotel also didn't inform us that the dinner was Black Tie, which was embarrassing as we would have come prepared if we had been told. Having raised these issues we expected to have been contacted by the manager, Charlie, but no approach was ever made, which was disappointing. NYE aside, the hotel was great. The ski and boot rooms are lovely with warmers for your hats and gloves. And they have a ski room downstairs for rentals which made it really easy. There is also a nightclub in the basement, which was fun for the NYE after party, with a live sax player.

Tolles Hotel, welches den ursprünglichen und traditionellen Stil von Hotels in Skigebieten mit Moderne kombiniert. Freundliches, aufmerksames Personal, immer super hilfsbereit. Sehr gutes und leckeres Essen, Kompliment an die Küche. Zum Lift/Gondel max 5 Minuten zu Fuß, perfekte Bedingungen zum Skifahren.
