Personnel d’une politesse et gentillesse exemplaires, installation très accueillante et cuisine excellente. Le seul regret c’est de devoir attendre un an pour y retourner. La station est tellement vaste qu’il faut deux jours pour tout visiter. Dans une année où partout il y a carence de neige, nous avons trouvé 3m 70 de poudreuse en altitude…. Les vacances sur les skis parfaites

This is the perfect hotel to stay in Lech. From the moment we made our booking to the end of our stay, we would rate everything 11/10-the staff, the food, the wine, the location, the rooms, the wellness area, in-house ski shop. We have spent many winters in Lech and the last 6 at Auenhof. This is now our go-to hotel. No questions about that!

The Auenhof is the perfect alpine retreat! The decor of the hotel is warm and inviting with pine paneling, impeccably appointed baths, and luxury beds and linens. The dining room and bar are a favourite spot to gather and relax after a day of skiing, lingering over delicious 5 course dinners (puts our dinners in Paris to shame) with perfect wine pairings from their cellar and sumptuous breakfasts. Everything we need to make our ski holiday perfect is on-site with ski rentals (we travel with our boots and helmets but those are available too), a pool with pressure jets for unwinding, spa and massage services too! But the most important and alluring element is the family behind it! Anita, Gerald, Viktoria, Stefan, and Philip are masterful hoteliers (can't omit Claudia who runs the office) running a beautiful oasis to which we happily return as often as we can. We haven't yet experienced summer at the Auenhof but it is on our bucket list.

We booked late, as the snow conditions looked amazing. We were very pleasantly surprised that there was a room available at Hotel Auenhof. I have skied in the Vorarlberg and Lech for many years and the Auenhof certainly didn't let us down with there excellent position in Lech, very comfortable room, amazing spa facilities and a truly stunning cuisine, which surpassed all expectations. The family run hotel certainly knew how to produce a silver service. A truly memorable New Years Eve Gala dinner accompanied by some truly wonderful Austrian wines. Well done The Auenhof.

C'est la seconde fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel et nous sommes une nouvelle fois enchantés : outre son emplacement idéal au calme près du centre, nous apprécions les chambres très spacieuses et bien équipées, la jolie décoration, la restauration raffinée (très belles présentations des plats et sauces légères), et, surtout, la gentillesse et la compétence de tout le personnel , de la femme de chambre au personnel du restaurant en passant par l'accueil. La gentillesse et l'amabilité des propriétaires est également un atout . Evidemment le must est l'espace SPA avec sa piscine à jets et ses saunas variés. Un seul minuscule bémol peut-être ? les oreillers que nous aurions aimé plus fermes...

Beautiful family run hotel in a stunning part of the world. This is our second stay. Fantastic facilities, gorgeous rooms and the staff are all lovely and helpful. Dinner is a 6 course degustation menu and is amazing. You will think you are at a michelin star restaurant!! You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend. We have had two holidays of a lifetime staying here.
