It’s really cool modern hotel. Staff was very friendly. Everything was clear. There’s a parking. Food is delicious. There’s ability to play billiard. Hope to stay here next time!

In fast allen Belangen anders als ein "normales" Hotel: Moderne, "junge", stylische und freundliche Einrichtung in Eingangs-, Speise- und Loungebereich sowie in den Zimmern. Viel Digitalisierung (Check-in, Check-out, Zimmer und andere Zugänge per Code). Junges, sehr zugewandtes, immer hilfsbereites, freundliches Personal. Die Lage nur wenige Schritte zu den beiden Talstationen Silvretta und Valisera und zur Bushaltestelle ist unschlagbar. Wir hatten die "Small Cabin" als Zimmer: helle, freundliche Einrichtung, kein Schrank, dafür großes offenes Regal zur Unterbringung von Kleidung und anderem, riesiges Bett und großes Fester, leider weder Stuhl noch Tisch. Das könnte in den größeren Zimmervarianten anders sein. Die Speisenkarte ist klein, aber "witzig" und enthält kreative Angebote - uns hat es sehr gut geschmeckt. Das optional zubuchbare Frühstück - 16 €/Person - ist gut, für den Preis allerdings nicht sehr vielfältig und ohne Abwechslung. Wir waren alles in allem sehr zufrieden.

Zum wiederholten Mal: die ideale Location für einen (kurzen) Ski-Urlaub. Lage: optimal, Ankunft in der Tiefgarage, vorab gebucht, Ski direkt im Skiraum deponiert und fertig für die Bar. Ausstattung: Zimmer puristisch, Lobby stylisch. Service: na ja, es gibt solche und solche. Das Niveau schwankt.

Ein sehr gemütliches Zimmer und das perfekte Hotel für Skifahrer. Sehr praktisch ist der erreichbare Skikeller sowie die Lage direkt am Lift sind unschlagbar. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist völlig ausreichend. Das Personal ist auch sehr zuvorkommend.

the hotel is basic...very basic...bare bones basic. Yet the cost is not basic. As mentioned in several other reviews the lobby is not safe in ski boots, the entrance carpet was soaked the entire time - yes, even first thing in the morning so it was never changed. there are no amenities in the rooms, you pay extra for any cleaning or towel refresh, in fact you have to pay extra for a cappuccino (after a $20 breakfast fee) and the coffee is really bad - so you will want to pay the $4 for a cappuccino! The lobby being locked until 7:30 is ridiculous. there is no front desk staff. Want a snack after 9:30? nope, not an option...at all - not even a vending machine. this would all be fine if I was pay for a hostel, but the prices are full service hotel prices. I will mention that the staff was amazing. So nice, helpful and friendly!
