Wow what a stay! We drove in for IU homecoming and were so pleasantly surprised with this home 2 suites. Ava and Lindsey at the desk were so kind and even accommodated an early check in for us after a 5 hour drive. The whole lobby was decked out with balloons for game day and was just a short walk from the stadium, which made for easy tailgating. This hotel is Ideal for football and basketball visits.

Ana at the front desk is so warm and welcoming, I frequently have to stay herat what she does and she is amazing. I feel immediately at home with her. Just tonight she got me extra pillows and made sure my room is all snuggie and comfortable. For reals, this hotel is awesome and she is awesome.

I Visit Bloomington often, and always choose this hotel for my stay. I always know what I am getting including a clean room And great service. Ava at the front desk is always welcoming and pleasant to talk with as well as kattie, she is always so friendly and treats everyone like a friend not just a guest. Breakfast could use improvement. But overall another great stay.

My husband & I stayed at Home2 Suites while in Bloomington for the Hilly Hundred weekend. The hotel was perfect - clean, spacious, comfortable. But I'm writing to praise the extra effort extended by Barbara, from Housekeeping! I couldn't find my key fob when checking out. I'd searched everywhere - my purse, suitcase, throughout our room. My husband was miles away on his bike, riding in the annual cycling event, so he couldn't help me find it. I was stranded! Barb went back into our room and found the key fob placed on top of our "take home" restaurant leftover my husband placed in the fridge! I'd forgotten about the leftover and didn't realize he'd placed my key fob in the fridge so I wouldn't leave without it! Whew! Thanks for saving me!

Wow! A terrific stay within walking distance of the Indiana University stadiums and very close to the dorms/campus. This hotel is extremely well kept and clean. Karen at breakfast was so cheerful and kind. Ava at the front desk made sure we were greeted each time passed the desk, and I remember the managers were out and about throughout our stay, which was definitely a positive. Customer service here is unmatched!

I wish I could rate more than 5 stars because wow!! I highly recommend staying here. I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights, and I have 0 complaints. The room had a king bed, desk, kitchen, dishwasher, couch and more. It was relaxing and in very good shape. I was astounded by the quality of the space. The house keeping came every other day, which I appreciated The staff was extremely professional and personable. They made sure I was fully taken care of, and I got to know each of them personally. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. I have to give a shoutout to Lexi and Ava for their outstanding customer service. They gave me suggestions and recommendations of restaurants and activities. All of the staff was amazing If you’re looking for somewhere to stay on your trip to Bloomington, you will not regret staying here. It was the best hotel experience I have ever had. I was sad to go home! Thank you all for an amazing experience!

This is one of the best H2S in which I’ve stayed and it has been for years. The staff is friendly, the rooms are in good condition and clean, and the breakfast is above average for H2S properties. They even had gravy! 5 star experience. Well done!
