President Hotel

I had a terrible stay honestly. It was a complete waste of my money. I booked there because I wanted to have a great night before my graduation day but I ended up being more stressed. When I arrived, there was a lot of guests at the reception desk so my fiancé and I decided to take a seat at the waiting area. We ended up just sitting there for 20+ minutes until I decided to go up to the receptionist and only then was I checked in. I feel like he could have alerted me when he was done with the other guests instead of just leaving us to just sit there. Since I had been going up and down the whole day and I was on my monthlies, first thing I wanted to do when I got to my room was to shower. But guess what?? There was no hot water. We couldn't shower nor take a bath in the room that we paid for. The following day I had to be up early to go get my makeup done and there still was no hot water. I tried again after getting my make up done around 7am, but still there was hot water. I had to get dressed up and go to my graduation ceremony without bathing/showering while I was on my monthlies. Can you imagine how uncomfortable I was through out the ceremony??? This was supposed to be one of the best days of my life but instead of being excited about it, all I wanted to do was to go home. I basically paid a whole lot of money just to put my head down. Very disappointed, would not advise anyone to go there.

Terrible hotel false advertising Staff was very friendly however the carpet was very dirty in the room and the pool was green none of these 2 things does not reflect what was on the web site also we got to the hotel at 5.30 PM to find that the kitchen was closed for orders yet the pamphlet in the room said 5.30pm to 9 pm and the breakfast which was included was a continental breakfast which was supposed to include English breakfast which never happened. Wifi signal was very weak coming on and off. No elevator for patrons parking underground so you must pack your cases up a 20 stair flight.definitely would not recommend this hotel. Advertised as a 4 star more like a 1 star

The hotel itself was a very pleasant stay, but could have been much better if the air conditioner was working and a stronger wifi signal. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
