GGuest UserIt was very impressive when we arrived at the hotel, the staffs was very helpful. The room I had was ok and the aircon not very cold even to the lowest temperature. I complained to the front desk but still the same. I did not had a chance to stay at the suite but managed to view with the help of your staff who was kind enough to let me see it. Its really beautiful, my friend and her husband stayed in 1 of the suites.
The breakfast was nice, everyday change menus & have really enjoyed it especially with the local food. The staff offered jamu of turmeric and assam that I had every breakfast. I was introduced to coffee honey and I bought 3 bottles to take home.
The Afternoon Tea was nice served with local tea and local desserts. My only complain was there are many mosquitoes and I could not enjoyed it, I did mentioned to the staff there. Also the massage room was nice unfortunately its very dark and I had to have it in my room instead.
I would introduce to my families and friends.

AAnonymous UserThe room is clean .. the bed linen is not clean white .. there are brown petals, the room size is quite spacious, there are many tables to put things .. in front of the room can park the car directly .. the staff is friendly and quickly helped carry things when it rains
