Extremely poor room decor. Pillows thin as Asda basics. No room service after 21:30 as kitchen closes. Thanks for the night

Scarlett’s was amazing tonight, she was very attentatove, she was very good in her description of our meals tonight, and nothing was an issue when we asked her for additional Information, her presence was really on point and she had great knowledge of the meals

Service and food quality have been incredible! Kim is an absolute asset. She is so friendly and efficient! Has really made the stay 100% The air conditioning in the restaurant area is a nice addition as in the past especially during the summer it was too warm to eat/ drink.

Was checked in late by Jay, was super attentive and looked after all my needs. The bar was about to close just before I checked in and went to get my bags and he went and poured me a drink just before. Was friendly and approachable. The place was clean, presentable and very calming. Came for business and would recommend anyone to stay here.

Massive bed , really friendly staff and lovely facilities , Shaun and florin were lovely at reception apon check out! Really friendly and very well knowledged on the surrounding areas. Thank you for the directions to the academy. Really added a special touch

Ive stayed here multiple times for college block weeks. There are Comfy beds very clean rooms and a decent breakfast, also a nice gym with abit of equipment and a nice spa with sauna and steam room and very friendly staff .very nice and quiet area, some decent walking spots

I arranged a very last minute meeting their executive meeting room. The room was very well equipped bright and airy. With an abundance of parking, great location and wonderful service this is a great hotel for such events. Highly recommedded
