Facilities: It should be the best hotel in Malang, and it is very good overall.
Hygiene: It is OK.
Environment: There are few places to eat around, but the hotel has several restaurants, but the price is a bit expensive.

The hotel was very clean and public areas were immaculately presented. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Rendra and Maskur were great at assisting with arranging excursions and any queries. The breakfast did not quite reach the levels of other hotels of this quality and the location was a little out of town, but overall a very good stay!
