It's a bit far to walk if you take the bus. The restaurant is good. The room is dusty, but this is the case in hotels like this in Europe. Remember to bring slippers. The waiter is very nice and there are limited budget options!

A bit of a kitsch bomb. The rooms are big but kind of packed full. One shower wouldn't drain. Weird room configurations--both of us had bruises from trying to walk around at night.

A small, quiet, cute hotel, very different to commercial chain offerings. Very rustic in character with a firm matress on a wooden base. We stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect for that. Fridge and mugs/glasses in room. No real toiletries other than multi use liquid soap. Bathroom was very small but adequate. We did not have a view, looked out onto a plastic roof of the attached restaurant. We ate at the restaurant and it was fantastic. Highly recommended. We walked to the lake in under 5 minutes. Breakfast provided all the basics but food should have been covered. Orange juice is already poured for guests and is on the table. Probably not necessary to do this. The outstanding thing about this accommodation is the team working here. They were wonderful! Lots of smiling, extremely helpful, they were busy but nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend for a short stay.

Extremely cozy room and inn for a 4 night stay. Staff spoke great English and was super helpful with. The room was quite spacious and we had a nice view of the mountains from the third floor. Also included a private bathroom, nice table to eat or read at, fridge, tv, wine opener/glasses and coffeemaker with coffee with the staff making the bed daily. Each floor is decorated with local artwork of the lake and castle and includes a bookshelf with reading material in multiple languages and an emergency case of bathroom essentials if you have forgotten something. Breakfast was nice as an add on and the parking was convenient. The house is pretty centrally located in the city and is easy to walk to the best spots. We ate at the restaurant downstairs one night and it was excellent, though a little pricier than some other places in town. The only real complaint was the door was difficult to lock, but the building is 300 years old and made from earthen materials to make it have the rustic/historic feel. Would definitely stay again.

This is simply one of my favourite places to stay. Quiet comfy and convenient. Bled itself is beautiful, but when you have a brilliant place to stay, it makes it perfect. Small tip closest bus stop is Bled Union. Short walk to hotel. Absolutely outstanding highly recommend

Excellent stay. Very quiet and peaceful. Spacious and appreciated the small fridge and kettle. The restaurant is very good for dinner or lunch. Breakfast had good eggs made to order, but otherwise quite minimal for the price. Overall would definitely stay again. Very charming.
