Das Appartement #35 war sauber und im Haus ruhig gelegen. Allerdings war der Gestank (Kanal/Abfluss) im Badezimmer und Vorraum unerträglich.

Sembrava di dormire fuori perché non funzionano i riscaldamenti, inoltre la TV è in russo e quindi impossibile da utilizzare. Però c’è da dire che la struttura è nuova. Il personale non l’abbiamo potuto vedere e quindi neanche poter chiedere informazioni. Però per chi si accontenta con poco è perfetto.

Very bad experience. Bad communication, no one at the reception. Smelly room, poor hygiene, bad wifi, no fly screens and no air conditioning. Accommodation is clearly not open to feedback. When we went to the reception ourselves to ask for information, we waited 20 minutes at the counter and no one came. Eventually the cleaning lady let me speak to someone by phone, very strange
