Das Appartement #35 war sauber und im Haus ruhig gelegen. Allerdings war der Gestank (Kanal/Abfluss) im Badezimmer und Vorraum unerträglich.

Sembrava di dormire fuori perché non funzionano i riscaldamenti, inoltre la TV è in russo e quindi impossibile da utilizzare. Però c’è da dire che la struttura è nuova. Il personale non l’abbiamo potuto vedere e quindi neanche poter chiedere informazioni. Però per chi si accontenta con poco è perfetto.

The room was very hot and there is no air conditioning, only a small fan. We also did not have hot water on our last day and had to shower with cold water.

External structure and hall to improve, but the apartment was new, welcoming and above all clean. 500 m from the lake, very convenient also for the private parking and for the nearby supermarket, which Pero is closed on Sundays. Definitely recommended
