The facilities are fine. but there were so many group customers that was busy using the restaurant or the facility. Also, I was disappointed that the dinner buffet was too low quality. I would recommend you to eat outside without including dinner.

Very comfortable hotel, the front desk staff is very considerate and enthusiastic.
The room is also refreshing and holiday-style, clean and tidy, and the bathroom is also very refreshing and clean.
The hotel swimming pool is beautiful, and they also thoughtfully prepared spa discounts. It's a pity that my dad left more time to visit Lake Bled, and the hotel was just a short rest.

The location of the hotel is really great. Black Lake is right outside the door. The hotel is just down the road and there are scenic spots, souvenirs and meals. It's very convenient. The Chinese food is super delicious. Recommended to stay here. The price is also acceptable~

The location of the hotel was really great, very central. You have to pay 10 euros per day for parking, this is ridiculous! We are already paying too much for accommodation. We loved the room it was clean. There are many indoor pools and one small outdoor pool. breakfast buffet was very good and sufficient

Everything was great, accept parking fee which is 12 euro per day. That is robbery.
